The Plaska Apartment is the best choice for those, who prefer peaceful, centralic locations for good prices! The apartment is very clean, and comfortable, and the owner is especially nice and helpful. You can ask him anything, he would be pleased to answer. I can recommend it without a doubt!

Appartamentino piccolo e comodo in centro a Praga...diciamo che è una stanza con due letti (che si possono unire, come abbiamo fatto noi), armadio, tv, bagno, doccia, microonde e frigorifero...penso l'abbiano ricavata da una parte della loro casa che non utilizzavano (i proprietari vivono nella porta accanto).
Non abbiamo mai usufruito dei mezzi, poiché tutti i siti di maggior interesse della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi...e poi diciamocelo, chi preferisce prendere i mezzi quando puoi girare a piedi per la città e godertela in tutto il suo fascino?
Il proprietario, Pavel, è stato molto disponibile, ci ha stampato una cartina della città e spiegato cosa si poteva vedere a Praga e come arrivarci...inoltre nell'appartamentino potete trovare tante guide e depliant in italiano, inglese e ceco.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono, considerando anche la posizione in cui si trova.
Lo consiglio assolutamente!

I would absoluetly reccomend this apartment to everyone, the place is friendly, it is in a nice part of the city, near to the center, and the owner is very kind and helpful.I would go there again.

A wonderful stay in Prague! Pavel's apartment has a very nice location, within 3min walk to the tram stop. With Tram no.9 you can easily travel to the best known attractions in Prague, either in the old town or in the castle districts. Pavel is really very nice, offering us a handy map and detailed instructions about travel route within the 2 days. And the apartment is very neat and tidy. Apart from a bath and a toilet, you can also use a microwave and water boiler. There's even a TV inside our room. All in all, it's been a great trip and we really enjoyed staying at PLASKA APARTMENT!!

Siamo stati davvero bene, Pavel è un ottimo cicerone, ci ha regalato la mappa della città e fatto vedere tutti i punti turistici più belli. Praga poi è una città fantastica.
Il wii-fii è veloce, l'acqua calda non manca, ottimo qualità/prezzo,anche se lo consiglio a quelli che vogliono un posto dove dormire e rimanere comunque ben collegati con il centro..
Ci tornerei..

Było super facet który udostępniał nam lokum był bardzo miły a w środku było czysto ciepło i schludnie. Jeśli komuś nie przeszkadza brak całego wyposażenia kuchni naprawdę polecam :D

The location and the price is great! Pavel is a great guy and really helpful. He had the patience to talk to us about where to go and explained it on the map. He even checked the schedule for our trains and gave us great recommendations.

Very good place, near to the center and a big park. The apartment it's a little bit small but is good if you stay here only for a shower and for sleep. The landlord is very helpful and friendly. I'm totally satisfied.

Habitación y baño limpio, ubicación central, cerca de la estación del tranvía. El propietario muy amable, nos explicó todo muy bien. El edificio es un poco antiguo pero ya dentro del apartamento todo muy bien.

The position of the apartment is great. Is close to center and in 10 min you can arrive in every part of the town. Apartment is not so special (beds are not comfortable and it's not matrimonial bed but two singls, it miss mirrors), but for the price is very good. Also the owner Pavel is a great person and always available to help you.

Posizione ottima, stanza pulitissima. Perfetta x chi non si aspetta molto da una stanza e la USA solo x dormire. Unica nota dolente il letto scomodo e se potete portate degli asciugamani grandi per la doccia.

Good little appartment, good situation, possibility to park free in the street but hard to find a place. Microwave and fridge, hot plate availabale on demand, shower. The guy is nice and really helpful.

事前に連絡をくださり、列車で中央駅に到着すると伝えました。そうすると、ホームまで迎えにきてくださり、一緒にアパルトメントまで行きました。丁寧におすすめの観光スポットや、プラハから次の目的地への交通手段についても教えてくださり、大変親切でした。長期で滞在するのにもオススメのアパルトメントです。

A nice place, the owner was more than kind and helpful. There was no stove for cooking or a sink to wash the dishes in, only a microwave. There is only one picture of the studio apartment (for 2 persons). The only real minus is that it wasn't that clean. Good for students.

Really great place to stay. The apartment is located in one of these beautiful old Prague townhouses. It's exactly in the center of the city. It's easy to get anywhere from there, and from the corner of the street you can see the royal castle towers. Near the apartment you can buy some food in local market or go to one of the cheapest restaurants in Prague, I think.
I can recommend this place to any traveler. The only weakness is a view from the window and maybe the fact that there is no lift in the building so you need to bring on your luggage.
Staff is very friendly, and everything else is let me say perfect.

Pavel war sehr nett und zeitlich flexibel, das Zimmer reicht zum Übernachten vollkommen aus. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch und Sauber.

Di tratta fondamentalmente di una camera con bagno, con un proprietario disponibilissimo e a un prezzo ragionevolissimo. Adatto per due persone che lo usano prevalentemente per dormire e far colazione.
