About us
The Quito Guest House, establish in 2000 for long term stay for international spanish students has comfortable, clean, well-maintained private rooms at an inexpensive price.
Here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Quito. Our guesthouse, located in an exclusive area, near main attractions and commercial areas, is far from the noisy streets.


Accommodation
The Quito Guest House provides 7 rooms: 4 in the first floor and 3 in the third floor, which are bright and all with a private bathroom and hot water 24 hours.

Services and activities
The Quito Guest House provides common rooms like living room with Cable TV, well equipped kitchen and an inside patio with washing machine.

Surroundings
The Quito Guest House, located on a hill called El Itchimbia, is only three blocks from El Itchimbia Park with a breathtaking 360 degree view of the city of Quito, as well as 3 blocks from main public transport Ecovia and Trolebus. There is a small market (called tienda) right on the corner of our Guest House, where you can buy fresh eggs, bread and drinks.
