1) Outside 15 days, no cancellation charges will apply if booking has not been processed. However, if it has then 17.5% of total booking will be charged to cover administration and handling charges. 2) Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking 3) Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking 4) Where the reservation is made at any time during the two days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be considered as final and non-refundable. Non-payment of the balance by the due date shall constitute the Guests' cancellation of the booking and any payment made will be forfeited. Guests are recommended to insure against cancellation 5) We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, change's in travel plans or travel delays. 6) In the event of a no show, we reserve the right to recover the full amount of the booking fees. 7) Reducing the number of nights or guests after commencing a reservation will not affect the total price of the booking. 8) All cancellation requests made to the company will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and must be undertaken in writing via email or text. 9) Any booking made by a client that My-Places deems may be used for purposes of obtaining Visa's and not used for accommodation purposes, shall be exempt from the companies standard cancellation policy and any fees paid to the company shall not be refundable or transferable unless specific conditions are met. Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the full balance of the reduced nights being payable. Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.

In the event of a no show the hostel charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.
