Villa Mt Blanc is entirely newly renovated and furnished with high quality furniture. All hand picked by the leading scandinavian gallery Jackons, that focus on Scandinavian and international vintage design. There is a Finnish sauna at the villa to be booked and shared in between the three apartments, massage can be organized. Ski room and boot heater in the basement. Villa mont Blanc and the three apartments have been featured in AD architecual digest, Monocle and the Norwegian dagens industri. Villa Mont Blanc and the three apartments are conveniently located 500 meters form the Planards ski slopes with beginners ski school in the winter and the adventure park in the summer. It is 50m to ski bus and 300m to the main train station that will take you around the valley, for free with the carte d´hote that i will provide on arrival. Less then 5 minutes walk to city centre with a large mix of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, cinema, bowling, ice scatting-rink and many more exiting things to do. Deposit Upon reservation, the Group Leader or Group must pay a deposit of 35 percent of the accommodation price quoted within 2 working days, by an Acceptable Method of Payment.
This deposit ensures the reservation of the accommodation for the period of the requested stay, until final payment is received. In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
Where reservations are made within 8 weeks of the commencement of arrival, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Final Payment The remaining balance of the total holiday price, including accommodation and additional services is due and payable by the Group Leader or Group 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation: The Owner requires written email cancellation of any bookings from the Group Leader.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
50 days or more = loss of deposit
49 – 36 days = Loss of 50 percent of total holiday price
35 – 22 days = Loss of 75 percent of total holiday price
00 – 21 days = Loss of 100 percent of total holiday price When absolutely necessary and unavoidable, the Owner reserves the right to change the accommodation type. In event of unforeseen circumstances, the Owner also reserves the right to cancel a Group reservation up until the day of your arrival.
