Me and my girlfriend stayed here four nights and we really liked it! Our rokm where on the fifth floor with a balcony facing the road. The room was quite small and cozy with a kitchenette and had a bathroom with shower.
It located in the center of Nice on one of the main streets, and its just a short walk to the trainstation. And by walking straight down the big street you reach the beach in about 10 minutes.
The staff was great and very helpful!!
We would gladly recommend Studios Floreal.

It's cool to live in your own apartment with kitchen & bathroom anyway. But there is no condition, just tabletop fan. Under our window was local ghetto.

We stayed here for 4 nights, was a great location, very close to trains and the parts of Nice most people will want to see. Was an enjoyable stay, nice to have a kitchen as eating out can get tiresome and expensive. Would recogmend Studio Floreal to anyone. Thanks for the stay.

Who likes to live in the middle of the city, is right here .... BUT there is no escape from traffic noise, because no climatic is present. Rooms are old and sparse. Only the bathroom was a reasonably modern impression ATTENTION .. DO NOT match the images with reality. In addition, all the handles stuck in the kitchen and you hardly dare to touch anything. The highlight of the whole thing our four roommates: cockroaches! We had 3 nights and then it was: get the hell out and never ever come back!

It's really good that you live like you have your own flat. No one comes to clean, until after you leave, and you have your key during your stay. Doesn't feel like a hotel, just like you're renting an apartment! Very noisy area though, bring earplugs..

Die Studios Floreal liegen genau in der großen Shoppingstraße und neben dem Hauptbahnhof und einer Tramstation, bei der alle 10min eine fährt -> Nähe zum Zentrum und gute Verbindung, jedoch unheimlich laut, aber französisches Flair!
Es ist sauber, aber nach ca. 3 Tagen ist das Wasser in der Dusche nicht mehr richtig abgeronnen, was zur Folge hatte, dass das Wasser bis ins Wohnzimmer lief!
Zu Anfang gab es keinen Föhn, der dann erst nach Anfrage kam, jedoch standen Handtücher zur Verfügung!
Wer günstig wohnen möchte und Lärm in Kauf nimmt, da er sowieso unterwegs ist, dann ist das das Richtige! Aber eher nur für jüngere Leute gedacht!

La dueña es muy simpatica. Habiamos cometido un error, nos quedamos una noche menos y no nos cobro esa noche. El departamento era amplio, lindo, limpio y bien ubicado.

Loud hotspot, if you like city charme... it's wunderful. Close to the railway and shopping area. 10 minutes walk to the sea or old town of Nice.

A really nice stay, situation top, flat was great up to which few parking bays exist it was a really nice vacation. Appartment to recommend 100%.

The apart hotel is just across the train station of Nice, on the main street of downtown area Jean Medecin, walking distance from restaurants, pubs, and Promenade des Anglais Avenue. Comfortable apartments, our was number 51. The hotel photos are way more nicer and beutiful than reality. The building is not in very good shape, the elevator didn´t work when we left, and the rooms are ok for a low budget traveler. No frills at all. Monprix market around the block very convenient.We liked the location of the building.

Genegerally speaking, the location is really good. The room is very comfortable and the house host is so friendly and nice that it's easy to get along with.However, it's so close to the main train station. Thus, it's a little bit noisy. All in all, it's quite exellent~~

Excellent location for a first time visitor. Everything is accessible by walking (boutiques, beach, restaurants. The room itself is cosy, comfortable and all that is required for a pleasant stay. Compliments to the owner Ms Gaud, very friendly. If ever in Nice, this is where we will stay and we will also tell all our friends about Studios Floreal. Merci beaucoup et au revoir pour le moment. Monolocale funzionale e ben attrezzato.Dista 10 min a piedi dal centro storico di Nizza. La proprietaria è molto gentile.
