A differenza di molti dei feed che ho letto su questo hotel, io mi sono trovata bene. La pulizia era passabile, non ho trovato scarafaggi o conigli di polvere zombi né lenzuola sporche. La posizione era ottima. Alla reception c'era sempre qualcuno -anche tardi- a riceverci. L'unica cosa negativa è stata l'assenza di un ascensore. 4 piani di scale con valige e spesa sono abbastanza pesanti!

One of the staff is very helpful while there was another one that seems to be having PMS. Atmosphere was horrible, corridor lights cannot be switched on until after walking down a pitch dark corridor. Pipes and facilites are very old, no WiFi in rooms. Pictures of the hotel shown might be from a much better hotel nearby, some good reviews might be fake. Only good things are the price and location. Will not choose this place again, i rather spend a bit more on accoms in other places.

Единственное что оставило приятное впечатление: расположение отеля в центре города рядом с метро Jaque Bonsergant и вежливый и предупредительный персонал. Вокруг множество магазинов, в т.ч. супермаркет, банкоматы, кафе и т.п. Все остальное - неудовлетворительно. Здание, комнаты, коридоры и мебель очень старые. Лифта нет. Туалет и душ в номере тоже нуждаются в ремонте. Шторы на окне грязные и порванные. Но самое ужасное - насекомые. Меня они покусали два раза: после первой проведенной в отеле ночи я обнаружила 2 красных пятна на лице, после второй - такое же на руке. Обсудив ситуацию с персоналом, мне дали новую подушку и средство от насекомых, которым я и обработала кровать, матрас и пол вокруг. На момент моего отъезда проблема, впрочем, не решилась.
J'ai passé 2 jour dans cet hôtel et je me permis de ne jamais y retourner. Il n'y a que deux choses qui sont bonnes dans cet endroit: le personnel et sa situation près de métro Jaque Bonsergant au centre de la ville. Il y a beaucoup de magasins, DAB, café. Le reste est terrible. J'ai occupé la chambre 304. Evidemment, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Les couloirs sont trop petits, la chambre est vieille comme tout le meuble. Il n'y a pas de télé. Les toilettes et le douche sont dans la chambre, mais leurs état est insatisfaisant. Le douche a besoin de réparation, il faut attendre 5 minute pour obtenir l'eau chaude. Il n'y a pas de shampoing. Les draps dans la fenêtre sont sales et déchirés, c'est presque impossible de les utiliser. Pourtant le problème le plus grand est des insectes. Apres avoir dormi la première nuit dans le lit, j'ai distingué 2 taches rouges sur mon visage. C'était les piqûres des puces ou des punaises, je ne sais pas exactement. J'ai discuté ce fait avec l'accueil, mais ils m'ont répondu qu'ils n'avaient pas des insectes. Au minimum ils m'ont donné un insecticide et un nouvel oreiller. J'avais beau utilisé cet insecticide, le matin suivent j'ai eu encore une piqûre sur ma main. Donc, je suis partie de cet hôtel le plus vite possible.

This is a place for budget travelers not looking for much luxury. Old but cleaned, with staff acting indifferent, may seem a bit unfriendly. It's a good place if you are searching for a bed to sleep, bakery and places to eat in the near and spend your time exploring Paris.

it is an old but nice building, very good location, close to metro (subway) station and la gare du nord, I'm the kind of traveler that does not get scared with easy things, I don't care if a place is dark, not 100% clean and I don't care about the staff, I'm never at the hotel, just for sleep.BUT, as I only use the hotel to sleep I don't like BED BUGS, it is true they have bed bugs all over the beds, I got several bites in 2 nights and I killed 4 of them, very big and very gross. When I went back home I had to spray my bags, do the laundry 2 times and shower as I've never done before, I was very scared to bring them to Canada with me. People from hostelsclub should pay more attention to this review number "1000" about this hotel and either talk to the people in charge or just take it out as a suggestion. :( Too bad, it was a great place with balcony and close to everything.

A localização é boa, mas eu ainda sim nao recomendo esse hotel de forma alguma! Tudo é horrível. Tive que subir com 3 malas de escadas, nao tem elevador e ninguém teve a boa vontade de me ajudar.. Só tem um funcionário por dia, você precisa deixar a chave, mas qualquer um pode pega-la, não é seguro. É sujo, os quartos fedem mofo, as escadas parecem que vão cair, tudo e inclusive a construção é velha, sem manutenção.. Enfim, horrível! O pior hotel que me hospedei na vida!

El edificio es viejo y no está en las mejores condiciones, la limpieza es justita, no hay ascensor y la atmósfera es algo inquietante. Aún así, la profesionalidad y amabilidad de los recepcionistas es más que correcta, y por el precio no se puede pedir mucho más. Una alternativa económica y práctica a los precios exhorbitantes de la ciudad de la luz.
Apto para: gente sin manías y presupuesto justito.
No apto para: Paranoicos, claustrofóbicos, obsesivos de la limpieza o personas que vayan en silla de ruedas (no dispone de ascensor).

First I got there, it turned out that they don't have my reservation ready, so I had to wait for 3h walking around Paris with my luggage. Room was just as much as you can expect for 20eur/night - nothing fancy, smelled a bit old, but you can sleep there. Situated in good place. No wifi no matter what the staff tells you. Would be better if they had at least coffee automat or snack automat.

Es de vergüenza. Los de hostelsclub deberían de pasarse a revisarlo antes de ofrecerlo, porque está inhabitable. Lo que no entendemos es que en Francia no haya inspecciones de sanidad, y si los hay cómo los pasa este "hotel". Hemos ido con nuestros alumnos a hoteles economicos de hostesclub, pero no era ésto. Por favor revisenlo antes de anunciarlo: viejo, roto, bichos, sucio,mal olor... Solo es buena la ubicacion, y algunos colchones de momento, porque ni siquiera utilizan cubrecolchones. Se puede ser sencillo, pero dejado y sucio es porque no se tiene ningun interés. Y ni siquiera es tan barato al no incluir desayuno.

Lo unico bueno del hotel es la ubicacion del hotel que es relativamente buena, en la noche es un poco peligroso si vas muy arriba.
El personal no habla ingles y es super dificil comunicarse, el hotel no es muy limpio, no hay ascensor, las escaleras son super antiguas y empolvadas.
Definitivamente es para quedarse una noche y nunca mas!!

appena entrati in stanza ci sembrava uno skerzo..polvere e sporcizia su ogni millimetro..controllo sotto i letti.. polvere dimenticata laggiu da mesi e mesi..i bagni vecchi e i sanitari tutti incalcarati..costretti a fare la doccia con le ciabatte..la posizione ottima e il prezzo conveniente anche se rispetto ai servizi ricevuti mi è sembrato persino troppo costoso!!!!una donna delle pulizie che la mattina ti entra in stanza senza pulire..insomma lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vanno a parigi e non vogliono rilassarsi!

This was truely one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. If fact it was that dirty, smelly and run down that we couldnt stay there and gave up the room. Completely messed up our plans for the New Year! There was no carpet on the stairs, no lighting, smelt of BO, the curtains were ripped, the place hadnt been painted or cleaned since it was built! Stay well away! This place truley seemed like someting out of a horror movie. completely inhabitable! I am shocked that places like this can even still exist and rip people off!

Um dos recepcionistas fez questao de dizer que nao falava ingles e nao quis ajudar, ja os outros dois foram muito atenciosos e fizeram questao de ajudar e dar informacoes.
O hotel nao tem luxo, mas o quartoe o banheiro sao limpos, a pia e a banheira tem agua bem quente e o quarto e quente.
Apesar de no site dizer que no hotel tinha Wifi, eles nao tinham e nem computador com internet.

L'albergo presenta delle grandi carenze al livello della pulizia e della qualità della struttura ma è situato in una posizione ottima a circa 200mt dalla fermata della metrò. Adatta a chi sa accontarsi del minimo indispensabile ed essere collegato alla centro della città.

El hotel esta bien situado, tratan de tenrlo bien, pero su estructura ya es muy vieja en todos sus componentes, por eso hay que esmerarse mas por el aseo en los rincones del baño (se encuentra el negro de la lama y hongo) o hacer un retoque de pintura y hasta los pisos del cuarto cambiarlo.
Me toco una habitacion con una chapa de la puerta que me creo desconfinaza, pero a pesar de esto, el hotel me parecio muy seguro. califcacion definitiva 70 puntos

L'hotel è situato in un buon punto di parigi. ci sono molte linee importanti di bus e metrò che passano a pochi metri. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare....stanze vecchie, non viene lavato e spazzato per terra. Per il resto tutto ok

Place is suitable for a smaller groups of adults, not recommended for children or older people (there's no elevator). Public parking (garage) is located just around the corner (but not cheap!), metro station is also very near (50m), and with cheap prices, this hotel can be recommended.

When we did the booking we saw a fake pictures, the pictures we saw are of other hotel located in the same street. When we arrive to the hotel we can't believe it. Moreover, the hotel is the worst hotel i have seen in all my life: uncleaned, old, without lift, old furniture, no higyenic, and I could write more and more..., we didn't spent any night in this hotel, at the latest hours of the night we were walking by paris trying to find other hotel, luckily when we don't know what to do because all the hotels were full, we find a room at the last moment of the day. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

L'albergo non si presenta male. La sua posizione è fenomenale perché è in pieno centro, a neanche 1km da Notre Dame (basta scendere per una sola via e si arriva in meno di 10 minuti!). Come personale lascia un po' a desiderare...non mi è andato giù il fatto che il giorno della partenza sono venuti ad aprire la porta della camera per buttarci giù dal letto quando mancava ancora un'ora all'orario concordato per lasciare la stanza...non è per niente professionale!

- слишком оживленная улица, даже при закрытых окнах слышно шум улицы, район в котором расположен хостел не славится миролюбивостью к сожалению

Sembra l'hotel di Shining... La scalinata è inquietante.Camere non molto pulite e tendaggi sgangherati.Cmq è a 200 mt dalla stazione e 30 euro a notte sono pochi.
