A&O Stuttgart City

Мне очень понравилось, легко добираться, персонал приветлив. И комната очень чистая. Всем советую, самое главно НЕДОРОГО!!!!

Все добре, оперативно, інтернет працює чудово, постійно прибирають в кімнатах, є універсальні шампуні і в туалетах і ванній, зручне розташування від вокзалу , приємна атмосфера, ціни помірні в порівнянні з іншими.

値段も場所も素晴らしいのですが、とにかく洗濯機の操作が難しすぎて、あらゆるパターンを試してもコインが戻ってきてしまいました。スタッフを呼べば解決しますが。洗剤持参の必要があります。

чисто, уютно, прекрасное постельное бельё, дружелюбный персонал. по уровню комфорта хостел ближе к отелю. из минусов -- всё платно: постельное бельё, нахождение в зоне отдыха, чай.

The staff was friendly but not so helpful. First they sent us( 2 people) in a room with only 1 bed available. In the second room only 1 bed was prepared and we had to pay 5€ extra to have another set of bed sheet. The other guest in our room said he found his bed already prepared so we wonder why some are prepared and others not. Then we were charged for full price despite having already paid 10% at booking. After asking at the reception we got our money back in cash. The room was clean as well the bathroom. Unfortunately is only possible to open just a bit the window so it can be really hot in the room. Also, with the open window out side was quite noisy until 2-3am because of the near street and the people at the hostel's Biergarten.

My room was clean.

And staff was kind.

Unfortunately, my room mate slept at 7 oclock.

So I hesitated to take a shower at night.

Es war wunderbar. Waren nicht das erste mal in einem A&O Hotel und sicher auch nicht das letzte mal.
