The Villino Gregoraci is a glamour villa dating back to 1920. It is one of the oldest liberty-style villas in Santa Marinella. In 2003 it was fully and thoroughly restored and decorated according to its original style and transformed into a comfortable Relais.The details of the villa give evidence of its history and origins.

The Relais is directly managed by its owners who aim at making the customers’ stay comfortable and at taking care of the guests in a kind and loving manner, as if they were part of the family. They can count on an unequalled location, plunged into a fresh and relaxing green oasis and very close to the sea, and on a very kind staff whose kindness and attention to the customers’ needs have become a real philosophy of life.

The villa is surrounded by a nice flowering garden with ancient palms. In Spring and Summer it is fit out with gazebos, tables, chairs and deck-chairs to allow the guests to spend their spare time relaxing and enjoying the nice seaside air.


The villa enjoys a very nice location on Via Aurelia, facing the main promenade and the lido, within a scenario characterised by sea, wonderful sunsets and beautiful villas which are the strong point of Santa Marinella, a charming small town known as the Tyrrhenian Pearl.

Two different kinds of accommodation are available at the Relais: rooms with breakfast and mini-apartments.
