A CASA SIMPATIA - via Nino Bixio

The Appartemet is clean and the Boss is nice. We have had free Lunch once. Tje Problem is that the bus is terrible in rom. We need to wait too long to catch the bus....

The accomodation was Ok, it is not in the centre, but assessible /Metro B (interval 3-6 min.) + bus 211 (interval 15-28 min.)/. The apartment was clean. It was in ground floor, in a normal clean apartment house. It should be more emphasise, that the apartment is not included only one room for 2 persons (in each room is encluded bathooom /wc, shower/ too), but there are 3 rooms with common kitchen, which included standard equipment. Thorugh the booking process there were also promised ticket to public transport, but (as we found out from the owner, when we arrived) that benefit is only given for them, whose are staing in Rome whole week. We stayed there for 4 nights, and we obtained from owner 4 vouchers/person for small breakfast /croissant + coffee/ gratis in a restaurant in the city centre. Summary: I recommend that apartment for others with above mentioned restrictions.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati 3 notti a casa simpatia e il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Il rapporto qualita prezzo è ottimo, il proprietario Paolo è stato disponibile e cordiale in ogni occasione e nonostante la distanza dal centro l'appartamento è ben collegato tramite metropolitana a soli 15 minuti a piedi e autobus che passano davanti casa. Consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare a casa simpatia :-) Valeria e Andrea

Sin palabras mala estancia, nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto, no tiene tv en la habitación, por ese dinero puedes conseguir algo mejor, no es hotel, es un departamento que no tiene ni recepción, muy lejos de todo, el chico encargado nada atento

Nous avons choisi le moins cher hotel pour 2 avec sdb + cuisine. Du coup, c'est sur que ce n'est pas du grand luxe. Le sommier n'est pas vraiment bon et la douche est toute petite ! Mais dans l'ensemble cela reste tout de même correct ! Pour la position, à partir de tremini il faut prendre le métro puis le bus, et donc cela dure 30-45min tout de même. Par contre, il y a 2 commerçants au pied de l'immeuble (fruits-légumes et épicerie) qui sont très très gentils !!! (pour info, pour y aller : lorsque vous sortez du métro, prendre la sortie de droite. L'arrêt de bus (211 du bon sens) est en face. Descendre au 6e arrêt, juste après une station essence EPI). La rue est juste en face.

Polecam wszystkim!!! W Hostelu jest czysto,komfortowo i wygodnie:) Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje również obsłucha która jest pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Poza tym Hostel ma wyjątkowa lokalizację, jest wszędzie blisko:) polecam wszystkim!!!!

Ficamos hospedados 4 noites. Não tem serviço de recepção e de limpeza. O banheiro inundava após o banho. Não tem wifi gratuito, não tem televisão. Para chegar ao metrô tem que pegar um ônibus. O que valeu a pena foi o supermercado e um ótimo restaurante muito baratos por estarem em bairro afastado.

Besides the evaluation, this house is good.Have a supermarket at 50meters, so you can cook your own meals, when you are at home. The room is big and the kitchen whell equipped.Its a litter far from the train station,but you can catch a bus, at pietralata(subway station), and it stop at 30meters from the house.Its a quite place, to rest after a hole day travelling on Rome.

A little hint for visitors. Since the bus stops only for request there's impossible to know on which bus stop to get off the bus. Therefore I'd advise to press the "Stop" button immediately after noticing the "AGIP" petrol station on the left.

it's a house at a hostel price! it's really clean and comfortable as your own apartment. transport is quite easy, but you have to walk a little bit at night.

Yer ayırtmama rağmen, bir gün eksik rezervasyon yapmış. Bize başka bir aile yanı pansiyonu buldu, ancak ayırtığım fiyattan her gün için 10 euro fazla ödedim. kaporamda güme gitti.

Miejsce spokojne, oddalone od centruma ale środkami komunikacji miejskiej 15 min na TERMINI. Jest kuchnia do korzystania.OK

Boli sme ubytovaní v Simpatia na Massalongo, a bolo super, zostali sme veľmi spokojní. Izba bola pekná a najmä čistá, kuchyňa vybavená hrncami a všetkým, čo treba na varenie. Pracuje tam jedna dievčina - slovenka, veľmi milá a simpatická, poskytla nám ochotne všetky informácie, a B&B Simpatia nám dokonca daroval lístky na autobus grátis..... skrátka boli sme spokojný vo všetkých zmysloch, vrelo odporúčame všetkým

Everything ok : very good pizzeria 100m away... Only difficulty is to reach the place late at night or on sundays (one bus per hour only on sundays) Quite place.

On the site with description of the hostel is announced that Breakfast is included, but it wasn`t. PLease change this information.

Leider ist die Wohnung viel zu weit von der Innenstadt weg! Ausserdem überhaupt nicht in der Nähe des Universitätsviertels!

Service o.k. Lage gut, man ist in 10-15 Min. in der Stadt.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

We liked a lot!

The most positive aspects: a wide bedroom, quiet neighbourhood, and a kitchen where you can have breakfast and dinner and save some money.

The negative aspects: it's quite far from the center.

If your priorities are the ones I have mentioned, I would recommend you this place.

The hostel is actually an apartment with three bedrooms (one ensuite) and a complete kitchen. The bedrooms are very confortable. It's a little bit too far from city center, but you can walk (20min) to the metro station that takes you everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay!
