Quite clean. No "staff", I only saw one person of the "staff" for 10 minutes on the day of the arrival. Location is a bit far from the center, need public transport to get in there. No internet during the stay. No electricity in the last day

Хостел в 15 минутах на трамвае от термини, трамваи ходят раз в минуту, никакого обещанного завтрака нет, нет даже спичек и чая, зато дают полотенце и фен. горячая вода - как повезет, чаще нет. Персонал говорит только по-итальянски.

Ubicato sulla prenestrina facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi di trasporto locale. Camera con bagno personale pulito, mentre il bagno in comune era sporco. Mentre la cucina (spazio comune) era pulita. In generale non male qualità - prezzo per Roma.

Il b&b è piccolino ma pulito ed essenziale. La colazione non l'ho vista, al massimo ti facevi da solo il caffè. Posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante sia nel movimentato quartiere del Pigneto, zona ideale per chi vuole mangiare bene, fare una passeggiata in mezzo alla gente, farsi un drink o una serata in un locale.Per giovani

Siamo rimasti molto contenti. La camera, anche se molto semplice, è accogliente e pulita e lo staff è disponibile. L'unico punto a sfavore è la posizione un po' periferica, comunque ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

I had an absolutely brilliant time at the B&B Simpatia Carmagnola. I was treated to beautiful home cooked Italian breakfasts every morning. There was no noise and my bedroom was really comfortable and neat. It was only a few tram stops from the Termini Station and the city centre so it's quite central but far enough away from the noise of the city. It's also very affordable. I would completely recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Rome.

My friend and I didn't really hang out there as we were off exploring Rome, but for the few hours we were there it was great. Everything was clean and the people were nice. It had a very home-y feeling. The location is a little off the beaten path but there's a tram stop up the block that takes you right into the city center so it wasn't an inconvenience at all. I would definitely recommend B&B for those who don't mind the commute.

No recomiendo el lugar, muy mal ubicado y la persona que nos recibiria no estaba, asi que tuvimos que esperarlo una hora lugeo nos aviso de no abrirle la puerta a nadie porque era peligroso, que nosotros mismo hicieramos el desayuno y desocuparamos el hostal porque el se iria a una fiesta y no volveria en toda la noche.

Хостел в спальном районе Рима, очень близко к остановке трамвая, от которой до станции Термини 15 минут езды. Комната оказалась маленькой, но достаточно чистой (включая постельное белье).

Det var trevligt och ett positivt bemötande av Stefano. God frukost coh fina rum. Lite krångligt ta sig in till city! Lite för varmt i rummen, men med fläktar som gav en relativ avkylning!

Pobyt v apartmánech Simpatia v Římě byl náš společný dárek k narozeninám. Nikdy předtím jsme v Římě ještě nebyli, takže jsme byli dost překvapení, když jsme dostali možnost setkat se po našem příjezdu se slečnou, která pracuje pro pana majitele Paola. Vysvětlila nám vše v češtině a také nám sdělila spoustu užitečných informací. Další hosté v našem apartmánu byli také z České republiky, tak jsme se s nimi hned seznámili. Pokoje byly pěkné, čisté a uklizené a také cena, kterou jsme za pokoj zaplatili byla velmi přijatelná. Hostelroma Simpatia budeme doporučovat všem našim přátelům.

Byli jsme ubytovaní u „A Casa Simpatia“. Pobyt byl velmi pěkný, vše bylo uklizené, čisté a skvěle zařízené. Zaměstnanci byli vždy velice ochotní a milí. Získali jsme spoustu zajímavých informací, a to dokonce v českém jazyce! Byli jsme ubytovaní v klidné čtvrti plné obchodů a levných restaurací, kde jsme si mohli nakoupit vše potřebné. „A Casa Simpatia“ nám nabídla k využití také vybavenou kuchyňku. Všem pobyt v tomto hostelu v Římě nazvaném „A Casa Simpatia“ vřele doporučujeme. Určitě se za Paolem do Říma brzy vrátíme.

Uitstekend appartement waarvan de kamers apart verhuurt worden. De eigenaar Paolo is uiterst vriendelijk en we hebben ook zeker een goed en prettig verblijf gehad. Het is bovendien goed bereikbaar met bus en tram. De wijk zelf is 's avonds niet veel te beleven, maar wel juist rustig en niet toeristisch. Er winkels en enkele eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Camera spatioasa curata..cu mic dejun foarte bun..ampartamentul situat intr_o zona centrala foarte aproape de Coloseu o zona linistita si splendida .Simpatia Hostel in Roma este un loc rezervat pentru persoane care nu vor sa cheltuiasca multi bani...dat sa se simta bine. Am primit informatii pentru a ajunge B&B in limba romana.Un calduros salut din judetul Iasi.

Ogólna ocena prawie bardzo dobra. Dla nas trochę męczący jest hałas z ulicy. Przydałby się drobny remont: malowanie ścian i drzwi. Ale sympatyczny gospodarz rekompensuje wspomniane niedogodności.

A Simpatia egy csodálatos hely ahol békében és nyugalomban tölthetik ittartózkodásukat, központi fekvésű, tiszta és mindez nagyon kedvező áron, így nyugodt szívvel ajánlhatjuk bárkinek. Rendkívűl jól éreztük magunkat, Paolo és a teljes személyzet nagyon kedves és kézséges, mindenben segítségünkre voltak. Minden információt megkaptunk amire szükségünk volt, és a többi vendég között voltak más magyarok is, így teljesen otthon éreztük magunkat. Köszönünk mindent és hamarosan visszatérünk, remélhetőleg már decemberben. Üdvözlet Magyarországró

It's a nice opportunity to stay in Rome for a few days. The ktichen and the bathroom are shared with other guest.

was lucky enough to find a great place to stay while visiting Rome. The name of this place is Bed and Breakfast Simpatia. Located just minutes away from the Coliseum. Overall the place was clean, breakfast included with the price, and the best ECONOMIC. The manager of this B & B Paolo was kind and helpful in suggesting places for me and my friends to visit. I will totally recommend these apartments/rooms for anyone who decides to visit Rome. I qualified it as one of the best Bed & Breakfast in italy. Totally recommended!!

This Hostel was just a funny place, because all the people who have been in the appartement were nice and we had such a great time 2gether. But we definitly need airconditions in the room and the breakfast was not that good! Paolo is very just awesome and helps with everything. Paolo we love you the german and the finish girls...we´ll come back!

Leider ist das Hotel etwas außerhalb gelegen , aber trotzdem sehr gut vom Hauptbahnhof Roms mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.

Zimmer und Bad sind geräumig, schön und sauber! Das personal ist sehr nett, wir verbrangen einen schönen Abend mit dem Inhaber und von ihm selbst gemachten Spaghetti Cabonara im Hotel.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
