배낭여행이나 저가의 예산을 가지고 여행하는 여행자들에게 아주 이상적인 숙소이고 개별 욕실을 가지는 아주 청결하고 아늑한 숙소이다. 가족에 의해 운영되는 펜션이고 3개의 다른 건물에 위치한다.
대부분의 객실은 최근에 리모델링되었고 주요 호텔인 annexe은 테르미니역이나 Repubblica 지하철 역에서 아주 가깝고 범죄나 시그러운 소음이나 복잡함으로부터 벗어난 아주 조용한 위치에 있다.
주요 호텔 건물인 annexe은 식당이 없고 몇몇 객실은 주요 호텔 건물에서 분리되어있고 테리미니역과 대칭에 있는 Turati 도로상에 있고 도보로 15분 거리이다.
신용카드는 예약을 보증하는데 이용되고 결재는 도착즉시 현금으로 한다.
