It was close to a metro station, and to the train station, the neighbor wasn't to good, but you never stay there for a day you just go to the other side of the city. The walls are a bit thin so you could hear other guests, but for me it wasn't a problem.

Ubicación inmejorable: a 2 minutos de la parada de metro Cavour y a 10 minutos del Coliseo a pie. Todo reformado, nuevo y limpio. El personal educado y aunque la habitación era pequeña tenía nevera, aire acondicionado, baño privado y televisión. He estado muchas veces en Roma y nunca he encontrado un lugar tan nuevo y limpio por este precio. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the outside building may be a bit disguising at first but it's newly re done inside and looks great. Everything was clean and well organized, the location is also really good, close to the coloso and not to far for metro

I was scammed on this booking. I'd booked to stay at I Dormienti, which is located in an area of Rome with a bit of character and quite close to the Colosseum and other attractions. When I arrived I was told my room was still occupied and the occupants hadn't decided if they were staying an extra night (at 8pm - bearing in mind I'd only booked it the day before). When the guy supposedly went to ask if the occupants would be leaving, he simply went round a corner and waited a few minutes before returning to say they were. As a result I was being moved to a sister hotel further away behind the train station. The 'owner' of both hostels then told me the problem was due to plumbing in I Dormienti. The other hostel was fine and the staff eventually friendly, but this seemed a well repeated scheme.
As for the rest of the hostel. It's basic. The shower door fell off when I got in the room (although they fixed it quickly). The breakfast was not worth calling breakfast - a croissant and a coffee at a nearby cafe.
But it was clean and safe. If they were more honest about the location, I'd probably still have booked, but the dishonesty leaves a slightly bitter taste to an otherwise good couple of days in Rome.

The place was very nice, great location (few mins from Colosseum, 1min from metro). The rooms were clean, and they had cleaning every day. We had a little mix up with the ensuite WC, had a private but not ensuite one instead, if it is important to you, write a mail to make sure. But the WC was also nice, clean and spacious. Jewel was a very nice and helpful host, the other guy a little less so, but he was also OK. Had a little incident with late checkout, which they said they can make happen but didn't. All in all, I recommend I dormienti

Non essendo un hotel ma solo un posto per dormire la valutazione è alta sia per il prezzo che per la posizione. Poi ha tutto quel che serve, clima, wc pulito, tv, frigobar ecc. Unica pecca, un pò di rumore dalla strada(sopportabili)e la ifficoltà con le chiavi ad aprire l'ingresso principale. Lo consiglio.

We had a little problem at the beggining due to overbooking in the main building, so we had to stay in another place (that was also quite good). The room was very large, a little bit noisy during the night because of some bars if you leave the window open but there is also the air conditioning.

La ubicacion es fenomenal, cerca del metro, del autobus, del coliseo, y de restaurantes en los que se reunen a tomar vino. Sin embargo esta en una calle tranquila, lujosa, y con todos los servicios cerca (hasta una peluqueria).
Los recepcionistas nunca dicen que no, y aunque solo hablan italiano y un poco de español, nunca tuve problemas de comunicacion.
La habitacion con decoracion minimalista, y el baño con diseño de vanguardia.

The room was clean and nice when we arrived, but was not cleaned during our stay (4 nights). Good service by the staff. Wifi was weak, and on and off. No breakfast because we had ordered through Hostelclub. Except for that, value for money :-)

Il B&B si trova in un'ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Le pecche stanno:
- nella camera che era sfornita del bagno in camera e quindi ogni volta bisognava uscire dalla stanza per andare nel bagno adiacente (a uso nostro esclusivo, almeno quello).
-La pulizia, all'apparenza sia la camera che il bagno sembravano puliti, fino a quando non abbiamo trovato capelli e peli nelle lenzuola che puzzavano. Stesso discorso per gli asciugamani un odore pessimo.
Il personale è stato abbastanza gentile e cortese decisamente informale.
Piccola chicca è il portone d'entrata del palazzo è impossibile aprirlo; quindi mettete in conto che vi potreste trovare nel pieno della notte chiusi fuori a chiedere aiuto a passanti per aprire il portone, nella speranza che qualcuno del palazzo svegliato dal rumore scenda ad aprirvi!!!!

Az I Dormienti tökéletes szálláshely Róma felfedezéséhez. Nagyon közel van Colosseumhoz és a Forum Romanumhoz! A recepciós rendkívül segítőkész volt. A közelben sok nagyon jó étterem és kávézó van, így nem probléma az sem, hogy nincs reggeliztetés a szállodában.

Los dos chicos de la recepcion han estado encantadores. Nos gustó el estilo de la habitación: todo blanco, absolutamente limpio. La proxima vez que vayamos a Roma, nos quedaremos en el mismo sitio.

O estabelecimento está completamente reformado. O único funcionário de lá é muito solicito e educado, apesar de não ter alguém na recepeção 24 horas. O que eu achei um problema mais sério foi com relação a água quente do chuveiro. A água não esquentava muito, mesmo no seu máximo e no frio ta problema é bem complicado. A rua à noite é muito escura. Não tivemos problemas, mas dava medo.

I think the hotel was recently remodeled. Very clean, new furniture, nice and clean shower room.
But sometimes shower turned to be cold after a few minutes of running of it. And for those who don't speak Italian... it might be HARD for you to communicate with hotel people in English... I mean the guy I spoke to tried to understand what I was saying but I don't think he did understand me.

Recomiendo el sitio totalmente. Las habitaciones están súper bien, son bonitas, todas tienen su propio cuarto de baño, aunque no esté en la propia habitación, pero es sólo tuyo. Las limpian todos los días, hacen las camas, renuevan el papel higiénico, vacían papeleras... Hay nevera, aire acondicionado, calefacción, televisión, etc. No hemos echado en falta ninguna comodidad. Cuando estuvimos el datáfono estaba estropeado y no se podía pagar con tarjeta de crédito, pero el encargado (Babu) no mete prisas para pagar.

Tägliche Reinigung und sehr neue Einrichtung im charmanten Gegensatz zur historischen Architektut als Plusfaktor. Leider funktionierte das Kartengerät zur Bezahlung nicht. Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ideale Lage neben Metro (Cavour) und Bushaltestelle. 750m bis zum Kollosseum.

Aparência por fora bastante velha, mas dentro do estabelecimento tudo muito novo, reformado, os quartos sao amplos e bem decorados!! A localização Eh excelente, com uma estação de metro ao lado e muitos restaurantes italianos bem gostosos próximos!! O atendente foi super prestativo para tudo o que precisamos.

Las habitaciones son completamente nuevas con mobiliario, camas y baño a estrenar practicamente muy limpio.La situción del hotel esta muy bien, se puede ir andando a 10 minutos al foro y coliseo y ademas esta al lado de la parada de metro Cavour.
El precio de la noche por habitación es muy buena.Yo lo recomiendo 100%

El sitio ha sido perfecto. Limpio y bien ubicado. El personal, en especial Afzal, su administrador, son muy atentos. Está ubicado en el barrio Monti, un lugar encantador, con restaurantes y trattorias con buena comida y buenos precios. i Dormenti es un lugar tranquilo, ideal para los qu ebuscamos descansar luego de un largo día de turismo. Calidad/precio muy buena.

Schönes kleines Hotel mitten in Rom. Perfekte Lage, sehr zentral, 1 Minute zur Metrostation. Zimmer neu und schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. In der Umgebung viele nette Cafes und Restaurants. Wir fanden es großartig und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Al entrar da un poco de miedo porque la entrada esta muy vieja, pero el piso donde está el hostal esta totalmente reformado y todo esta nuevo y muy moderno. El chico que esta en la recepcion es muy atento y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. Por el precio que se paga esta genial!

I Dormienti was awesome for us!! It is very central located: you walk 1 minute to the metro station, 10 minutes to colloseum! Via Urbana is a lovely typical italian street with bars and cafés. Our room was cleaned every day and everything was modern and new. Nevertheless we slept and stayed there, but for partying you should go out!! But hey..you're in roma!

We really liked the hotel! Great position, in the city centre, near the Coloseo, few steps from metro station. Rooms seemed new and were very clean, charmy and comfortable: air condition, modern bathroom, unique atmosphere. Very noisy. No parking. Gave us maps of Rome. Free internet. I recommend it and would come back!

Заявленная категория B&B-не соответствует действительности.Сдаются просто комнаты,но с ванной комнатой и туалетом.Мы искали проживание обязательно с кухней и наш выбор пал на эту "гостиницу",т.к. был значок "кухня".Её не было ВООБЩЕ.Попросили снизить цену-получили категорический отказ.

Ottimo albergo, unica pecca la mancanza di scuri alle finestre e quindi ci si sveglia all'alba comunque basta attrezzarsi, in ogni caso è molto silenzioso.

Location was exellent on bubbly really lively part of Rome. Room was really clean and tidy. I liked the modern look of the room a lot. Defenitly recommend to deal with I DORMIENT.
Over the corner there were Italian restaurant where I eate best pasta ever with good apertisers. But do not go indian food restaurant near by, they will clean u´r wallet and you end up leaving hungry.
