Das privat geführte "Hostel" punktet leider nur durch die Lage und den Preis. Das ist aber beides Top. Es war wirklich sehr dreckig. Ich würde niemals jemanden so in meine Wohnung lassen. Der Besitzer ist nett und hilfsbereit. Im Fünfbettzimmer gibt es nur zwei Steckdosen. Das war etwas nervig

im zimmer gibt es 4 steckdosen, dann eine im flur und eine im bad, was die reinigung betrifft, das mädchen kommt morgens gegen 11 uhr, aber wenn die kunden nicht rauskommen, wie säubern sie dann? Es wäre höflich, es ohne Benutzung des Badezimmers reinigen zu lassen, anstatt sich zu beschweren

Solo vimos una persona muy amable y apurada en el momento de alojarnos, luego no hubo nadie por allí.
No había Wifi.
El desayuno era en un bar a 200 metros. Un café y un croissant.
Tranquilo y bien ubicado.

Abbastanza pulito: unico consiglio è di portare una federa per i cuscini. Per il resto la zona è molto comoda per arrivare al centro ed è vicinissima al Colosseo e alla stazione di Termini. Il ragazzo molto genile, ospitale e disponibile. Consiglio!!

Super lokalizacja w samym centrum zabytków. Pokój czysty, ładny, wyposażony w lodówkę, tv i suszarkę. Polecam dla tych, którzy szukają taniego miejsca na nocleg w centrum miasta.

you can reserve room with private bathroom, but if you choose the cheapest shared , even we clean bathroom every day , also other people use it, if this is a problem for you , so better don't think only to save money and reserve the room private bath

Había una mancha de sangre en la cama de arriba de mi, la luz del baño sigue sin funcionar al 100%. El personal amable pero no siempre disponible. La ubicación es muy buena, para 1 o 2 noches excelente. Tienes que pedir el cupón de desayuno, fundas y toalla por qué no los ofrecen aunque lo tengas incluido.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado, a 1 estación de metro del terminal de trenes y buses, lo que facilita los cambios de línea para las atracciones de Roma; y a 2 estaciones del Coliseo. Es muy tranquilo e independiente, tienes llave y puedes entrar y salir a la hora que quieras. David, el encargado, habla español perfectamente. Su relación precio/calidad es perfecta.

The place is good and clean with a nice location but do not expect to leave your luggage there or take the advice that it will only cost you 5 euros to keep it in the train station for 10 hours.
We asked if we could keep our bags for some hours after our check-out and the answer was no with a really bad advice that says " it will only cost you 5 to 7 euros to put it in the train station for 10 hours " .. well it costs like 30 euros to do that for some hours so basically if you have bags and want to leave them somewhere while you walk around while waiting for your flight after your check-out just go for a hotel from the start it would be cheaper and better when you add the city taxes and the cost of leaving your bags in the station ..

so you wrote bad review because in train station is expensive to leave luggage, and also city tax is expensive, but the review suppose to be about our place, not about prices of train station or city tax you havo to pay for comune di roma.....

È stato un bellissimo tempo speso a Roma. Polizano Inn si trova in un'ottima e comoda posizione e se scegli di soggiornare nel dormitorio femminile avrai la pissibilitá di incontrare tante ragazze con cui socializzare facilmente entrando in contatto con varie culture e realtá! Piacevole occasione di conoscenza.

I would not recommend this place in the summer as it has no air conditioning nor a fan. Only the window was left open for ventilation and out source of 'breeze' if there is any.

Son cuarto en un departamento, si vas por la noche no te da ni la menor idea de que en el edificio está el hostal, llegamos porque una joven nos indicó, de ahí en mas todo súper bien, nos hospedamos en la habitación matrimonial, muy limpio y cómodo, y la ubicación es muy buena, a unas cuadras del coliseo y puedes ir caminando al centro

Pretty good location. About a 25 minute walk to the coliseum and about a 10 to 15 walk from a main train station. The breakfast coupons are super helpful and so is the owner.

The place was great and the host was nice as well. It's in a great location, I would suggest figuring out the buses and metro for further activities such as the Vatican because that can be a lengthy walk. When I first arrived, the bathroom was very clean, but as the stay progressed there didn't seem to be consistent maintenance, but that could have been from the other guests using the bathroom as well. Overall very satisfied and I would certainly recommend staying here!

Buona posizione, tra la fermata di Vittorio Emanuele (linea A) e Colosseo (linea B). I materassi non sono puliti, ma ti forniscono un lenzuolo da metterci sopra, una federa (anche questa non è il massimo) e un plaid. C'è un bagno solo, quindi si creano file. Lo staff lo vedi solo nel momento della consegna delle chiavi. Da descrizione dovrebbero consegnare anche una tessera per le colazioni in un ristorante nei pressi ma non è stato fatto né con me né con gli altri che si trovavano lì nel mio stesso periodo. C'è l'ascensore. Il palazzo in cui si trova è carino. Per il prezzo lo consiglio.

ottima posizione centrale vicino MM, supermercato e al Colosseo. Struttura molto Easy in condivisione 5 donne. Gestore rapido ma essenziale consegna mappa e indicazioni.In linea di massima pulizia piu che sufficiente. Bagno e lenzuola pulite.Chiedere del ticket colazione e gli asciugamani.Totale autonomia con chiavi in mano ma bisogna provarle la toppa é difettosa e si rischia di rimanere fuori. Citofonare a oltranza se ci sono ospiti dentro magari aprono. Assicurare bagagli con lucchetto e no valori.Stando fuori tutto il giorno li si dorme solo qualche notte a pochi soldi. Consiglio l esperienza!!

Stanza spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e disponibile (ci ha atteso fino alle due di notte). Posizione non male, non lontana dalla stazione Termini.
Pecche: non si poteva chiudere la finestra della stanza; solo un bagno in comune per tre stanze (aspettare la mattina per andare in bagno perchè un altro si sta facendo la doccia non è piacevole); la colazione si fa in un bar convenzionato, ma è molto molto basic: solo un cornetto(nemmeno grande
)e un caffè o un cappuccino.

住所の番地が違います。記載された住所にもこのホテルの名前がありますが、この番地ではありません。
でもインターホンを押すと、本当の住所8番地の最上階からスタッフが降りてくるため、外で少々待っている方が無難です。
さらに、ブレックファーストがある、と書いてありますが、実際は無いです。
トイレ、シャワー、洗面所が一つの部屋に纏まって一ヶ所しかないため、例えば誰かがシャワー浴びてるときは、トイレも入れません、歯も磨けません。
場所はテルミニ駅よりも、隣の駅の方が近かったです。コルッセオまでは歩いて5～10分ほどでした。
部屋は綺麗でした。
チェックアウト後にか鞄を預けたい場合、14時までokと言われました。

Good option for staying in Rome. One of the appartements of the hostel in which I was staying, just had one bathroom for 10 people and no kitchen - but ok for a short time.

Double beds are very uncomfortable and there is only one bathroom for two rooms ( 8 people if fully booked).
The location is relatively central and there are a couple of amazing restaurants there.

The hostel is very good localized, 5 minutes walking from Collosseo, it's clean and nice, but there is no common area, neither a kitchen and just one bathroom for 3 rooms it's a little bit insufficient

I had stayed with a friend of mine in a double bedroom with shared bathroom for one night only. We were looking for a cheap but good located accommodation and Poliziano Inn turned out to be the best option due to his position. It is just five minute-walk from the Vittorio Emanuele underground stop and less than 10 minute-walk from the Colosseum and Via dei Fori Imperiali. I would truly reconsider it as an option to stay if I had to go back to Rome again.

Deixam no banheiro balde com pano de chão fedendo...acomodações em beliches péssimas e frágeis e não te deixam colocar o colchão no chão o que seria mais seguro ... e o atendimento é horrível - mal educados, e te tratam como se estivessem fazendo favor.

Quando pago por uma guest house é lògico que nao espero um hotel 5 estrelas mas pago pelo basico, dormir, usar o banheiro e ter o café da manha que foi pago e infelizmente nada disso foi atendido. A cama de armar era torta e desconfortavel, o colchao afundado no centro, travesseiros terriveis = pessima noite de sono; a tampa do vaso sanitario estava solta (tivemos que nos equilibrar..rrss),quando achei que pelo menos o chuveiro era bom, esfriou e meu marido teve que tomar banho frio(o funcionario explicou o funcionamento do aquecedor e disse que era Sò esperar uns 20 minutos). Sempre pagamos quarto privado justamente para nao ter que esperar, para dormir logo. Tive que pedir toalhas e um pano pq o quarto estava alagando e as toalhas eram muuuuiiito velhas e rasgadas. E quando achei que nao dava pra piorar fomos tomar café e a funcionaria do "buteco" simplesmente nos empurrou um cha sem dizer nada, quando perguntamos se podia ser cafe ficou resmungando = stress logo cedo! O cafe se resumia a cafe e 1 corneto e tivemos que pagar para comer um pao, isto é, pagamos 2 vezes por um serviço porco! A limpeza e localizaçao eram 100%, mas nao acho que valha a pena pagar sò por isso. Conselho de amigo: NAO COMPRE! NAO RECOMENDO!!!! Ahh.. apos check out sò pode-se deixar as malas até 14:30 (quem volta no meio do dia para buscar malas no meio do passeio??) resultado: ficar o dia todo carregando mochilas! Sempre procuro elogiar, mas esse, nao teve jeito! Tem futuro, mas do jeito que està, é sacanagem!
