Vesta Residence

I've never seen such a bad hotel like this. Especially staff was so rude. They opened the door while we were sleeping without a knock or apologize. I hated them.

la mattina in cui saremmo dovute arrivare il tizio del vesta ci ha chiamato per dire che per problemi improvvisi la stanza non era più disponibile. Ci aveva già prenotato un'altra stanza, direi abbastanza terrificante, e ci ha detto di andare lì. Le spese di pronatazione e l'anticipo della stanza però non ce le ha restituite, ASSURDO!! Un consiglio, prenotate altrove se non volete avere fregature!

sistemazione economica e senza pretese. non malaccio, considerando la tariffa bassissima! poi è ovvio, bisogna un po accontentarsi!

Assessment is positive. Very good location - close to bus stops, train station and metro (line B), so its really good to people who want sightseeing. Staff is ok, but its hard to talk with them in english.The biggest drawback is noise outside the window. The hostel is located near to very busy street. If you open the window, you can not sleep. If you close the window is so stuffy, that you can not sleep. The only solution is: the ears stoppers.

Hotel je v dobrej lokalite, izba je len čisto na prespatie,velka nevýhoda je že sa neda spat lebo hned pod oknom je hlavna cesta. Hostel sa tazko hlada lebo je slabo oznaceny.

Jesli ktos nastawia sie na zwiedzanie to hostel to gwarantuje z uwagi na 200m do metra a tam juz tylko 4-5 przystanków do watykanu czy centrum.Cena 250zl za 5 nocy od osoby w Rzymie i sezonie wydaje sie byc nawet lekko smieszna. Jesli chodzi o warunki w pokoju to czysciutko. Łazienka porównywalna do polskich akademikow, czyli nie jest tak zle jak wczesniej pisali. Polecam tylko nie bierzcie pokoi z oknem na ulice(4 pasmówka i nie da sie spac)

Por el precio que se paga esta muy bien.

Los colchones estaban en mal estado, y el piso de los banos casi siempre mojados (ya que las duchas no tienen puerta) sin embargo todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un cafe instantaneo, y realmente nunca lo probamos. La ubicacion es muy buena, super facil de hubicar, no esta tan cerca del centro, pero tiene transporte todo el dia. Lo malo es que los que se ocupan de la residencia solo hablan italiano. Si no se queire gastar en Habiatacion es 100% recomendable.

It is really bad that this B&B claims to be B&B as there is not breakfast!!!

actually the name on the door is Bed end Breakfast!!! END?? I guess it is beacuse it is indeed the end of the breakfast!

the first night was TERRIBLE!!! they didnt give us a ventilator so we had to keep the window open...the noice was too much as there is a main road in the rooms side!!! we didnt sleep one second!

they also promised 4 beds and we got 2 normal beds and one double bed mmm...

not the same for sure!

Está bien, aunque es bastante lejos del centro, la señora de recepción es amable aunque no habla inglés, ni español

It was nice hostel.peoples are so nice. but I wish that toilet and bathroom is more than one.

The place is near the subway, but far from the main places, wich is great if you wanna have rest from the crown that lives in rome. the staff is always hidden, except for the cleaning lady. Nice bed. Traffic road outside, is near a highway.

avec petite dej? Arrivé ils nous disent que notre résa ne comprennent pas cela! super!!! dans ma réservation j'avais précisé au proprio que la dernière nuit nous ne serions plus que 3 ( au lieu de 4) biensur ils n'en ont pas tenu compte, car j'ai dû répéter à l'arriver, le 2eme jours ils nous enlèvent un lit!!! c'est du n'importe quoi!! et on a meme pas eu de remboursement!! Ils ne comprennent vraiment rien et tout cela que pour l'argent...

Me atendió en la puerta para decirme que no hay habitación y me llevaron a otro hotel, me cobraron en el coche y no querian darme recibo. Al dia siguiente me quedé en el hotel al que me llevaron, ya no confie en ellos. Mas seriedad

hotel lojos de la cuidad pero eso si cerca de todas las estaciones... lo malo es que no hay letreros afuera y la persona encargada nunca esta...el numero de tiembre que tienes que tocar jamas lo encontre... no esta mal por el precio pero hay mejores opciones

bylem rozczarowany pobytem w waszym hotelu, warunki nie zaspecjalne, nawet nie bylo mikrofali zeby odgrzac sobie jedzenie jedyne co zapewniliscie to czajnik elektryczny!!!! musialem przebukowac bilet zeby wrocic wczesniej do domu, na zdjeciach w internecie pokazujecie zupelnie co innego a w rzeczywistosci jest koszmar, napewno nie polece was znajomym , jedno wielkie oszustwo, przykro mi alejestem bardzo rozczarowany!

The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

It was very confusing to find the hotel, the staff doesnt speak any other language but italian, getting a confirmation that we paid was a challenge and it was everything but clean. And for example, it wasnt possible to lock the shared bathroom.

The worst thing were parasites, probably bed-bugs. I got terribly bitten and I got rash all over my body.

The price was okey, but if you wanna keep your health, stay somewhere else. Next time I would rather stay under a bridge;-)

Éjszakai pihenésre tökéletes!

Stan pokoju bez zarzutu, niestety mieliśmy dzieloną łazienkę, która zaraz po naszym przyjeździe została co prawda wysprzątana, ale wieczorem już przypominała pobojowisko. W hostelu pracuje Polka, co było dla nas wręcz zbawieniem, jako że nie znamy włoskiego i ciężko nam się było z kimś tam dogadać (nie liczcie na znajomość angielskiego u Włochów). Dojazd do centrum ok, blisko do stacji metra.

Idealne miejsce dla kogoś, kto szuka taniego noclegu, ale nie oczekuje cudów po cenie za jaką ten nocleg dostaje... Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, raczej o niskim standardzie ale mi osobiście chodziło o cenę, a trudno o bardziej przystępną w Rzymie. Do metra i stacji kolejowej ROME TIBURTINA 5 minut, naprawdę blisko i połączenia w każdą część Włoch.

Polecam każdemu kto szuka dachu nad głową, a nie pokoju w klasie hotelowej.

la relacion calidad precio esta bien es un hoster. lo peor que tiene son los baños son compartidos y bueno se llenaban de agua enseguida, pero esta muy bien situado en la estacion triburtina a 5 min a pie y 10 min de metro estabamos en el centro y por 15 euros por persona la verdad solo ibamos al hotel para dormir

Po przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma dla nas pokoju na 2 pierwsze noce mimo rezerwacji (kazano nam na 2 noce przenieść się do innego hotelu - Salus, gdzie nie było włączonego ogrzewania-byliśmy w listopadzie-ani ciepłej wody...),z kobietą, która nam otworzyła zerowy kontakt-mówiła tylko po włosku...nie odpowiedziano mi na maila przed moim przyjazdem, opis sposobu dojazdu, który dostałam na maila nie dotyczył wcale Vesty. W łazience nie ma jednych drzwi, więc po prysznicu potem płynie rzeka. Na koniec dorzucę jeszcze bardzo duże,ale przeraźliwie skrzypiące łóżko:)Pozytywy:cena, czysto, blisko do metra i stacji kolejowej, jeśli ktoś lubi to jest TV i to chyba tyle...

Посторные номера с хорошими кроватями и чистым постельным бельем. Не очень удобное расположение, но в целом это не критично. Номера находятся на 4 этаже обычного жилого дома. Из минусов - старая сантехника и плохие душевые кабины.

Ужасное место!!! Персонал не говорит по английски, не принимают банковские карты, окна выходят на трассу и даже с закрытыми ставнями очень шумно, после 11 утра выключают горячую воду((

Nie jest to "bad and breakfest" to hostel, a nie hotel jak wytłumaczyła nam jakaś włoszka, która przyszła z kluczami. Oczywiście nie mówiąca po angielsku. Hostel ten mieści się w jakimś bloku (blisko metra i kolei ale trudno znaleźć) jest zwykłym mieszkaniem w bloku przerobionym trochę nieudolnie na hostel, bez recepcji ani właściciela. Żeby dostać się do środka trzeba dzwonić na podany na drzwiach numer i liczyć, że ktoś mówiący chociaż trochę po angielsku odbierze. Pokój nie był najgorszy i co jest chyba jedynym plusem codziennie sprzątany(jednak ktoś zapomniał nas o tym powiadomić) ale łazienka jest tragiczna, prysznic nie ma jednych drzwi co sprawia, że kiedy wykapie się więcej ludzi można tam pływać. Szczerze każdemu kto wybiera się do Rzymu radze, znajdźcie sobie jakiś inny lepszy hostel.

This place is disgusting! There is no breakfast and no internet connection, although according to description on the web side there should be. There is no common room. No kitchen. The owner is just rude. Hostel is located right beside very busy road and there is huge noise even in the night. Beds are uncomfortable - you can feel every spring. Moreover, you can't feel safe because every room have the same key! You can open any room with your key, you can even use the key from the toilet. So you have to take all you precious belongings with you when leaving the room. This place is the worst hostel I have ever been!

good as a cheap accomodation. you have to be on the specified time because staff is not allways around, so there would be no one to open up for you. bathrooms are not to clean.

el hotel esta bien ubicado,a solo 2mn del metro y a 6 minutos en metro de la estacion termini.facil de encontrar.buena limpieza,la habitacion confortable,el baño viejo pero limpio.la television fue lo malo,no funcionaba bien,pero es lo de menos.para el precio esta muy bien

A unica qualidade é que se encontra perto do metro. Localizado junto a uma via rapida com constante barulho de transito. Bairro de nivel social baixo,as infraestruturas são envelhecidas,garantindo higiene minima.Aconselhado para grupos.

Dla turystów którzy spędzają większość czasu po za kwaterą świetna opcja, pokoje skromne i bardzo zwykłe bez luksusów ale bardzo czyste (codziennie sprzątane, częsta wymiana pościeli). Do tego bardzo blisko stacji metra (Tiburtina), co powoduje że do centrum można dojechać w 5 min. Polka sprząta

Well-placed (walking distance from Colosseo), close to metro. Major stuff speaks Italian only (but friendly). Rooms are pretty nice and clean but facilities are not. No parking but still posiible to find a place nearby. Acceptable for its price.

Ik ben er maar 5 minuten geweest. Toen ik aankwam (je komt heel moeilijk binnen), bleek het hostel overboekd te zijn.Ik werd doorgestuurd naar hotel Salus, vlak bij Termini (een goed alternatief, voor dezelfde (lage) prijs, maar het opschrijven van het adres ging uitest moeizaam, en de manier waarop de weg werd gewezen, was vrijwel niet te begrijpen. Ik heb lang moeten zoeken.......Kortom, weinig vertrouwenwekkend.

le personnel : je trouve que la responsable est d'une méchanceté a couper le souffle. les seuls mots qu'elle nous a adresser étaient : money, cach, you pay!!!. de plus, ce bâtiment se dit bed and breakfast, mais nous n'avons pas eu droit au breakfast car il semblerait qu'il fallait réserver et que cela n'était pas comprit dans le prix... ce qui n'est écrit nul part. alors soit, cela ne devrait plus avoir la mention breakfast, soit il doit etre comprit dans le prix. concernant les chambres, c'est bien de pouvoir la fermer à clef, mais lorsque toutes les chambres ont la meme serrures, je ne vois pas l'utilité!!!voila, je ne garderai pas un souvenir inoubliable de vesta residence, et encore moins du personnel!!! et svp, changé cette mention bed et breakfast car vraiment c'est inadmisible. et sans vouloir en demander trop, une salle commune serait la bienvenue afin de pouvoir discuter avec les autres personnes, ce qui serait plus conviviale que dans le couloir. et aussi, une douche supplémentaire car à 4 chambres dont deux de 4 personnes pour une douche, c'est quand même peu. désolé a vous qui lisez ça, vous n'y êtes pour rien, mais vraiment, j'ai été déçu de vesta résidence.

We were there on July, so it was very hot, however Vesta Residence do not have air conditioners in their rooms- that was horrible. Staff- do not understand English at all, also she cancelled our reservation. Nevertheless, she carried us a better place for the same price, so we forgave her :)

andateci solo se siete determinati a spendere poco. la qualità è bassa e la zona, anche se comoda per la metro, è squallida. da mettere i doppi vetri!!!

It was a very terrible experience at the Vesta Residency. They promised us a 4 bedroom room with private WC. It didnt have a private bathroom and the only 'one' common bathroom was neither clean nor had proper door for the bathtub. And we had to wait in the queue to get in the bathroom.

In Rome where it was burning hot like a chimney they provided us a fan which wasn't even working properly.

To add to it I had mailed them 2 days before to change the time of check in. I mailed twice in english and once in Italian and got no response from them. I suggest you better remove this hostel from your list of hostels if you want to keep up the reputation and reliability of your website.

There is no internet connection.

NO BREAKFAST! "bed and breakfast without breakfast" thats what the lady told me at the first day.

It is near to the station/metro Tiburtina but it was very loud because of the street "nomentana". the windows are very old and therefore we couldn't sleep longer as 7/8 o'clock.

the bathroom was old (a bit broken down) but clean.

the staff was very unfriendly and they smoked (pot) in the corridor.

it was very cheap. for young peole its ok...

Na plus lokalizacja - blisko do metra i do stacji kolejowej/autobusowej. Ponadto wlascicielka jest Polka, wiec latwo jest sie porozumiec.

Jesli chodzi o sam hostel - warunki mocno srednie, ale adekwatne do niewygorowanej ceny. Jesli ktos jedzie do Rzymu zwiedzac, a nie rozkoszowac sie pieknem pokoi, to moge polecic.

No está justo en el centro, pero está a 3 paradas de la estación central y a 2 minutos andando de la estación de Tiburtina.

El desayuno que incluye es cafe soluble o infusión y hay una calentadora de agua, vamos que desayuno desayuno...

La encargada no me gusto mucho, según llegamos se estaba riendo (de una manera un tanto ofensiva) y luego costaba bastante encontrarla para hablar con ella.

Los colchones dejaban bastante que desear y nunca tubimos que esperar demaseado, pero hay solo un baño (con 1 ducha y 1 WC) para 3 habitacíones.

Bueno, como resumen, no está mal para lo que se paga, he estado en sitios bastante peores.

Good hostel for good price. Bathroom was not so clean, once we entered room it didn't look very nice, but it was clean and quite. I was satisfied.

it is cheap so you can not expect too much.The staff know only one word of english : "pay"

We have booked our room there, but when we arrived in the morning the girl told us that she had some "unexpected prenotations" and that we could not stay in the room we had booked. so she gave us the adress of one hotel in Rome and she told us that she had already called to make a prenotation for us. in the end we got a room there, but we had to go there, find it again.... and what the hell, if i book a room, i dont think it is normal to send me away!!!
