Villa Fiorita 는 리베르티 양식으로 지어진 오래된 역사적 건물에 있고 1912년과 1916년사이에 건설되었다. 빌라에서 도보로 15분 거리에 아주 유명한 Piazza del Campo 광장이 있고 여행객들은 이곳에서 아주 편안하고 즐겁게 아늑한 휴가를 즐길 수 있고 객실들은 꽃의 이름을 가지고 있고 아늑하고 현대적이며 조용한 휴식이 가능하다. 모든 객실마다 개인 욕실과 위성 채널 TV가 있다.
객실은 1-2층에 마련되어 있고 지상층에는 운영자 가족들을 위한 개인 저택이 위치한다. 건물 뒷편에는 아주 낭만적인 분위기의 정원과 녹지가 주변을 감싸고 있고 손님들도 휴식이 가능하다.
체크인 시 손님에게 열쇠를 제공하고 입출입이 자유롭고 완벽하게 독립적인 휴식이 가능하다. 도보로 5분 거리에 도시 성벽이 있고 도보로 7분 거리에 기차역과 15분 거리에 유명한 Piazza del Campo 광장이 있다.
