They totally forgot my 2 reservations. I had to find a different accomodation, while in Arequipa. Nobody offered to refund me for the deposit paied. Unreliable.

They forgot my reservation, despite I booked in april and I also contacted them by mail. No rooms available when I showed up at the reception. Neither a refund of the deposit I payed has been returned me.
