• To notify the resort of cancellation within the minimum period specified hereunder :
• Low Season : 7 days prior to arrival (01 June– 31 October 11) 
• High Season : 21 days prior to arrival (1Nov – 19 Dec 10 – 05 Jan 12 – 31 May 11)
• Peak Season : 30 days prior to arrival (20 Dec 10 – 4 Jan 12)
In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in   accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same   as No   Show Policy.
No-show policy
• In the event of no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal 100% for    the   entire value of the bookings.
