Wir hatten eine Buchungdbestätigung, als wir dort ankamen, war nur ein Reinigungpersonal anwesend, Hotel war überbucht, niemand wußte von unserer Buchung und wir mussten um 21h mühsam ein anderes Hotel suchen. Die Anzahlung für das gebuchte Zimmer erhielten wir NICHT zurück!!!

Ostello restrutturato da pochissimo,si trova in una posizione vicina al centro storico (Ribeira) a 15 min circa a piedi.Le camere sono ben arredate ed anche la pulizia è buona. Lo staff è molto gentile e molto disponibile. Vicino alla fermata del metro (Campo 24 Agosto) e a vari supermercati.Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Consigliatissimo.
