Pera Sultan Hotel nestled beneath the ancient walls of the Hippodrome.Our Hotel is just 350 metres from the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Bascillica Cistern and the tramline are all within walking distance. We are so close to the wonderful sites of Byzantium Istanbul, the hotel is located in a charming quiet local street,among Turkish people. Children play in the streets, women gossip from their windows and local life goes on around us.You can relax and feel part of a local community.

Accommodation Information

Pera Sultan Hotel is a newly remodelded 3 floor building with two rooms on each floor. The rooms share a bathroom and pantry in the hallway. We have a bedroom with a ensuite bathroom on the 3rd floor and a terrace over looking the Marmara Sea & a great view of the local area.

Apart from the our deluxe rooms we have brand new dorms for backpackers and ecomy travellers in our hostel section. There are three 6 bed mixed dorms and one 6 bed females only dorm.

Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the first night stay. No penalty for cancellations up to 48 hours.
2. Cancellations made after 48 hours destination time will be assessed a 1 night room rate.
3. If the customer do not arrive to the hotel or check out early, the customer will be liable to full charges.
