Nestled in a typical wood of cypresses, coigues and unique species, the majestic European style architecture of the historic Hotel Tunquelen can be seen from the Nahuel Huapi lake. The six-hectare park with private dock invites its guests to stroll around and contemplate a carefully preserved landscape. The hotel has 40 rooms, an exclusive health club with sauna, massage room, heated pool, alternating hot and cold water shower and a complete gym. It has one of the most well-known restaurant-bars of Villa Llao-Llao – Restaurante del Bosque – and a unique conference room for 340 people.

The quality of Restaurante del Bosque is well known for its blend of Patagonian and Mediterranean cuisine, with an excellent preparation of regional dishes combining wild, exotic and traditional touches.
Guests can taste Patagonian lamb, trout, salmon, mushrooms and smoked meat of the region, wood fruits, vegetables, wild herbs; colors and music of immemorial flavors.
Homemade bread, left to rise at dawn with the heat from the fireplace, swollen by mountain air and permeated with lumber scent, is baked daily.

Children’s Club

The Children’s Club is the meeting place for children aged 3 to 12, where they will be able to enjoy a wide variety of recreational, sport, integration and ecological activities.
