About us
The Summit Rainforest Retreat is a six-bedroom house & conference room,which sleeps up to 16 person. We cater for singles, couples, families, travel groups and those returning to Atherton for special occasions.

Accommodation
A Holiday House or a 1 BR Apartment or a combination of both if the group is large enought. Only 1 of these options can be booked at any given time.
All linen, towels and toiletries are included.

This accommodation type has access to the Seminar room, which can also be used as a 'Home Entertainment Centre'.

There are six bedrooms, four of which have private ensuites. The rooms can be configured to suit your requirements into king/twin or queen. The fifth & sixth bedrooms have three single and three double bunks, ideal for the children. The Apartment has a King/split and 2 single bunk beds. Breakfast is not provided.

Rainforest walks are at your back door!

The “Atherton Tablelands” or “Cairns Highlands”, situated close to Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef, the Waterfalls and Crater Lake District is a wonderful place to spend some time in Far North Queensland.
Townships in the Tablelands region include: Atherton, Mareeba, Herberton, Millaa Millaa, Ravenshoe, Yungaburra and Malanda.
With an annual rainfall of around 1400mm, Atherton (The most central town), and its immediate district, are a lovely tropical green.

Why should you stay with us
An ideal position to base yourself. Visit the crater lakes, world heritage rainforest, waterfalls and historical areas. You can even explore further west, out to the Gulf Savannah and other Outback areas.
