About us

House from the 19th century restored preserving the original neoclassical style. Located in the Brazil neighborhood, stately in its origin, bohemian nowadays, it provides entertainment and culture 24/7.
Walkable area (with caution) despite belonging to the center of the city.
The origins of the project are linked to local musicians and artists. The IRREAL project goes beyond the current youth housing, trying to become a pole of development and cultural coincidence.


Accommodation
It has a total of 8 exclusive rooms for 2, 4, 5 and 6 people and 2 for shared use, with 10 beds in bunk beds. All with shared bathroom
Accommodation includes continental breakfast served in the dining room.

Services and activities
The common areas of the hostel have a dining room and equipped kitchen, a living room with cable TV and games, a large multipurpose terrace with ping-pong table and usual artistic activities (summer). Customers also have at their service for free, a computer with Internet at the reception and WIFI signal in all facilities.
The hostel reception, staffed 24 hours a day, has a local tourist information desk that can help you organize your activities.


Surroundings
Cathedral Street is a central avenue, well connected by metro, bus and taxis.
In the surroundings there are two banks, a supermarket, a pharmacy and some post offices Correos de Chile and Chilexpress ... as well as some well-known restaurants, and numerous and frequented bars and night pubs.
