About us
Acuali Eco Hostal is a hidden gem! Established 4 years ago as a family holiday house, this property has been transformed into luxury Cabaña style accommodation designed for complete relaxation and tranquillity in a tropical rainforest beside the sea.
Acuali Eco Hostal is the perfect accommodation option when you want value for money but the comforts of a hotel. With two large Cabañas we offer both private and shared accommodation options, onsite day spa and restaurant and cooking facilities.

Accommodation
The Cabañnas are built with local materials and handcrafted touches that give a sophisticated unique design, where you can appreciate the beauty of the flora and fauna.
There are two cabañas – Casa Blanca and Casa Verde with a capacity of up to 28 people. These two story cabañas each have 4 rooms with private bathrooms, a guest bathroom, satellite TV room in the first floor corridor and hammocks on the second level with a gorgeous view of the rain forest.

Acuali Eco Hostal has a complete outdoor kitchen named after the grandmother of the family ‘Cheka’ where all meals can be included in your package. All accommodation options include a nutritional breakfast made fresh from produce local to Capurganá. Breakfast will be served between 7-11am every morning.
The menu for lunch and dinner incorporates healthy, fresh, local produce with typical coastal technics and flavors.

Surroundings
Capurgana is not a destination designed for non-stop night clubbing, however there is a few local hotspots that you can mingle with the locals or enjoy a nice cocktail. We have a list of the best restaurants and activities to do in Capurgana. Just ask the hosts at the hostal. There are no cash machines in Capurgana, so be sure to get out enough cash before you arrive as credit card payments are also very limited. Capurgana also has a limited energy supply and there is no electricity between 2am
