About us
The house has been build in 1987. 20 m from the sea. Apartments are great for families with children but also for young people because of the beach and garden with outside grill.
Accommodation
We have 9 apartments. From 2 bed apartment to 6 bed apartment. All apartments have linen, TV, air conditioning included in the price. Every apartments also have balcony, kitchen and bathroom.
Services and activities
Garden is common area. It has grill and tables for hanging out.
Surroundings
There are restaurant / pizza place in the ground floor of the house. Sea is 20 m from house, and city beach with bar is 200 m from house. Supermarket is 500 m from house. Novalja is 2 km from house and beach Zrce 5 km. There is a city bus that goes from Stara Novalja to Novalja and Zrce beach during the night.
Why should you stay with us
The benefits are beach 20 m from the house, big balcony and big garden to hang out with your friend. Also if you want to party on Zrce beach you can take the bus if not you can stay in house and enjoy in peace and sea sounds.
