About us
Our property is in perfect condition, it is a modern construction, whose project was concluded in the year 2010, with the mission of establishing a hostel as a source of income and as main objective we have in first order, to provide a special and careful attention to all Our guests. Our apartment is a modern construction, with a balcony from where the guest can enjoy the daily life of Cubans, such as the children walk to their schools, people to their work centers, fruit sellers and others

Accommodation
. The apartment that we have as Hostal is located on the second floor, with fully independent entrance, guests have access to enter and exit from it freely. It is composed of a large room with two beds, which includes bed linen, towels and more, from the beds we have a large and other staff, it has air conditioning and a large window where if you wish you can enjoy the Natural air, living room with TV and fridge, pantry, bathroom and balcony

Services and activities
On the ground floor we live my 22 year old daughter, who is studying fifth year of Medicine and I dedicate myself directly to the attention of our guests, I am always ready to help them and provide all the information and attention they need. We offer londres service, breakfast and dinner if you wish, with additional costs, breakfast are priced at 5.00 cuc per person and includes, Natural fruit juice, tropical fruit salad, jams and jellies, rolls, butter, Ham and cheese sandwich, milk, eggs...

Our property is located in a very central area of the city, just three blocks from the Malecon, Paseo del Prado (main artery of the city), very close to the historic center, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Nearby points of interest include Cabaret Costa Sur, Cabaret Tropi Sur, Benny More Discotheque, Imago Shopping Center, CUPET (Gasoline Car Supply), General Hospital, Pediatric Children's Hospital, Marti Park, Tomas Terry Theater, Restaurantes.
