About us
Casa Papito is a welcome to many travelers since almost ten years now. We used to rent out a small room in the rural house we live in. But as things went well, we were able to build two rooms next and on top of the house, and make it more comfortable and ready for the demands of travelers. Now they can enjoy their own little terrace as well as the communal garden and patio. They can choose to be part of the family life of the house, or enjoy the nature and quietness by themselves.

Accommodation
Two private rooms with their private bathrooms, both having two double beds with everything you need for a pleasant stay: linen, towels, soap, blankets. Both rooms have air conditioning, ventilator, fridge, hairdryer.

Services and activities
Customers are welcome everywhere, except the kitchen which is rather small and a working area. So they can enjoy the patio, the garden, the living room. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available, as well as drinks and home-made cocktails.
We also organize trips into the jungle with typical Cuban lunch, we can offer horse-riding and other activities.

Surroundings
There a small shop down the road; at the Hotel Villa Horizontes (1,5 km). Candelaria (10km) is the nearest town with several shops and a small street market with vegetables and fruits.

There are several places to have dinner in Soroa: next to the waterfall, near to the camping site, in the hotel Horizontes. But the best is.... Papito's kitchen!!

Sometimes there are activities at the camping site, or in the bar of the hotel. We also organised nights with music and dance, with the neighbors.

Why should you stay with us
You will enjoy nature and the quiet Cuban village life. You will love to meet the people around, and Papito and his lovely children. And the rooms are just marvelous!
