About us
My property was built recently, just 5 years ago(2013) and it is a modern house with four rooms for rent.The project began due to the increase of visitors cause we started with one room for rent then lately it was necesary to reconstructed all the rooms and find more capacity.The first achivement of our project is to offer a good service to our guest.On the top of our building we have a nice rooftop to see part of our city.We live in a quiet hostal because we do not border with any house.

Accommodation
We have four rooms for rent , all of our rooms have private bath with hot and cold water, our rooms are well ventilated because all of them have windows.Is included in every room air conditioned, ventilator, refrigerator, security box and tv.

Services and activities
Guest can use the kitchen and also have access to the patio, garden and the rooftop.We offer wifi service, laundry service.We offer in general breakfast, dinner, lunch and we also provide a map to our guest to guide the principal sites to see in our city.

Surroundings
From where we are the guest can go very easy to restaurants just four blocks from our property and in the center city you can also find bars, supermarkets, place for cuban culture activities.Our neighborhood is very quiet and clean, and we are situated just in the middle of the museums che guevara .

Why should you stay with us
The reason you should book our property is that we speak fluenty english so comunication between the guest and the owner is very easy but the other reason for booking that is from my property you can visit all the monument in the city by foot and it is situated just four minutes walking to the center city.
