About us
The property was established and starts in 2013. Our mission is use to help the guest each and every one all of needs.

Accommodation
We have only one room. The guest can choose between two personal beds or double-bed we can add one personal bed, besides, with linen, towels, air conditioning, hot water, private bathroom, and freezer. Local phones, wifi, and other minor services are free.
High privacy, because the guest is going to be alone in the upstairs bedroom. There are not common zones with us. Bright rooms, safe doors and windows, fresh air. We have neither pets nor children.


Services and activities
Bedroom is upstairs, wide windows, private bathroom, hot water, air conditioned, fan, closet, there’s a half roof terrace with sight to the street, decorated with natural plants where the foods are served and a private fridge.

Surroundings
We are located in downtown between Parque Céspedes (Céspedes Park) and Plaza de Marte (Marte square) four blocks away from both, the guests can visit by themselves the main places with historic and cultural interest in the city. The environments of the house are similar to the any downtown in Cuba cities.
