Pension Seibel ***

The third bed in the 3-bed room is too narrow, in fact it is a sofa...but the breakfast is really nice.

Die Möbel sind wirklich alt, aber schön. Ich liebe es, weil es viel menschlicher ist, als standardisierte, langweilige, unpersönliche Zimmer. Stimmt, es gibt keine Nachttischlampe, für mich ist aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Für diesen Preis würde ich nicht zu viel erwarten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fair.

Il bagno era piccolo e umido. La doccia non molto confortevole. Il water molto imbucato.

Sokan rosszat írtak erről a hotelről. Szerintem az árnak megfelelő szolgáltatást nyújt. Az valóban kellemetlen, hogy a 4. emeletre kell felcipelni a csomagokat, lift nincs. Reggeli jó, minden más jó. Sajnos a közelben csak nagyon drága parkolóházban lehet parkolni.

Within walking distance of local sites and parks. Easy to get to and find. Great breakfast but not a large dining area. Staff easy to work with.

Lovely apartment-style hotel situated two minutes from Viktualienmarkt and five minutes from Marienplatz. Wonderful staff and clean accommodations in a perfect location. Only drawback was expensive wifi but there is a Starbucks down the street where you can connect for free.

Pensione ottima qualità/prezzo, peccato mancasse la prenotazione!! Quindi cambiato tipologia di stanza e pagato differenza su prezzo Hostelsclub.

Abbiamo occupato una quadrupla all'ultimo piano, l'unico vero disagio (nn di poco conto) è stato causato dalla superficialità, anzi trascuratezza nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della stanza (c'erano infiltrazioni di acqua dal tetto). L'eccellente prima colazione e la posizione veramente comoda hanno ripagato il disagio.

L'esmorzar estava boníssim, realment complet, i la situació era molt bona.

Aus der Pension kann eigentlich noch was rausgeholt werden. Wenn zu allererst im Punkt Sauberkeit etwas getan wird. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für die vielen Zimmer. Wer nur was zum schlafen im Zentrum von München sucht, ist bei der Pension Seibel an der Richtigen Adresse.

Hotel is in a very good central position and its very clean,staff is nice and heplful.hotel is good for couples and families not for fun hunters.

Good points are that the location of the pension is convenient, if you take tram, it is only 4 stops from Munich Main Railway Station; and the staffs there are friendly. But the fixtures and fittings of the pension are old, the bed is not comfortable. With the room rate, i actually found a 3 stars hotel in the centre of Munich.

Great location, very clean and neat. Staff is rather unfriendly, very hard to navigate the actual hotel and is extremely dark at night. Not for younger people or party goers.

La posizione è molto buona, il prezzo buono ma le comodità inesistenti. Ero al quarto piano senza ascensore, stanze ridotte proprio al minimo. Colazione discreta. Voto finale: appena sufficiente.

Excellently located right near the Viktualenmarkt and right down the road from the Marienplatz, my room at the Pension Seibel was clean and well provided for with a nice view into the street and pretty flowered window boxes. Had a twin room all to myself even though I only paid for a single and breakfast was excellent. Highly reccomended!

Pensione su 4 piani senza ascensore. Personale poco efficiente. Posizione eccellente. Ottima colazione internazionale.

El hostal esta muy bien situado en el centro mismo de la ciudad, eso y la decoración es lo mejor que tiene porque el personal deja mucho que desear, y no son muy legales, ya que no respetan el precio y las condiciones que has reservado en la pagina una vez que llegas al hotel. Yo reserve una habitación doble con cama matrimonial y cuando llegamos al hostal nos dijeron que por ese precio nos correspondia una habitacion mucho mas pequeña y con dos camas, que fue en la que nos alojamos finalmente.

La padrona è molto cordiale e gentile, la stanza e il bagno sempre molto puliti, ampia varietà per la colazione e ottima posizione dell'hotel in centro!!!!

El lugar estaba bien, y la zona muy céntrica. En cuanto a eso no hay problema. Sin embargo, perdieron nuestra reserva y nos intentaron colocar una habitación recién utilizada, con camas separadas y con el baño fuera de la habitación, haciendonos creer que era nuestro baño privado. Cuando vimos las camas bajamos a exigir una habitación con cama de matrimonio, y nos dieron una limpia y con baño privado de verdad. Si no nos hubieramos dado cuenta nos habrían estafado más de 100 €!!

En resumen, el lugar bien, pero el personal de poca confianza.
