El hotel está muy bien situado y muy bien de precio!! El único inconveniente es que a través de las paredes se escucha todo!!!

Very nice hotel in downtown of the city, cheap and comforatble (private double room has own shower and enough place to live there). Strongly recommend!

Overall feeling is very good. Some minor negatives though: We got a double-bed room instead of 2 single beds. That was not a problem at all for us, but may have been for other travellers. The window did not tighten very well and heating was turned off, so there was a little bit cold at night (it was in November)

Very good location but it was a little bit hard to find. If you come by car calculate extra 20 Euros per night for garage.

Otherwise it was a nice place with helpful staff.

Very good localization, 5 minutes from center, very nice personell. Conditions a little bit rough, but for 10euro you wouldn't expect more.

Hotel limpio, internet gratis. Es un poco viejo, no esperen nada moderno, es comodo. Buena ubicacion.

Aline Hotel is the second best place i've stayed in Florence so far but considering the price I would say the best. The only problem is that they supposed to be in reburbishment of the interiors and some things were missing like curtains, locks for the doors malfunctioning, and power plugs..but in general I'd advice travelers to stay in this hotel.

直前になってからホテル側の都合により別のホテルに勝手に予約変更されていたのですが、その手続もまぁ雑ではありましたが、問題なく用意された方にとまれたので対応はよかったと思います。

Nice small hotel good for humble young people. Hotel is only a few minutes of walking from Santa Maria Novella Central Railway Station and the same distance from Plaza Duomo with monumental beautiful cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore.

1ere nuit, arrivée à 21 h, personne à l'accueil, j'ai du rechercher un autre hotel.

j'y ai passé une nuit le samedi suivant, hotel assez insalubre, lit défoncé, hotel à éviter.

The people who work there are very sweet. The place looks very antique and it smells good there as well. They clean the beds every day, which is amazing for the price.

It's in the centre next to the 'Galleria dell'Accademia', everything is walkable by the way. Also close to the train station. They have a map of the city.

And just around the corner of the hotel you will find the best restaurant in town, which is cheap, very good food and has the most amazing people who work there. It's called 'i'tozzo...di pane'.

Die Lage ist genial, die junge Frau an der Rezeption sehr höfflich und hilfsbereit.Wir waren sehr überrascht,sogar zum Hostel Aline begleitet zu werden.Es könnte etwas sauberer sein(unterm Bett+Tagesdecken)

they made a mistake and sent me to a place across the road but that worked out awesome for the same price but i wouldnt be in a great hurry to stay at Aline....nothing great from what i saw??

Buono per un weekend con amici a basso costo. Abbastanza vicino alla stazione e al centro città.

For the price level, this place is worth it. Nice room, no complains to report and nice and smooth service.

Pensión cómoda al centro de la ciudad. Precio calidad muy buena relación. Trato amable.

L'hotel è molto pulito e in una posizione centrale, vicino a S.M.Novella. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Per un week-end è perfetto, l'unica pecca la doccia nel bagno esterno lasciava un po' a desiderare. Ma in generale mi sento di consigliarlo per un week-end a Firenze.

La ubicación es buena. El unico problema es que si uno llega despues de las 19:00 no hay nadie que te abra la puerta. En ese caso es mejor llamar por telefono para que venga el encargado a recibirte y así uno no esta caminando en vano.

Nice room, laid-back atmosphere.

Only two toilets and one shower for whole place. One toilet didn't have lock so that wasn't too fun. Only American-compatible outlets we came across which was nice for charging the camera batteries.

Just a place to sleep, bed clean rest of place shabby and not particularly clean, expect no help from staff.Location fine, weird set up have to go to different building to check in which unless you do during the day you'll be hanging around waiting for staff to turn up. there was group of backpackers asleep on the stairs morning after i stayed there was no one around for hours to let them in. No lockers to keep belongings safe so unless staying with friends keep stuff with you. I would stay no longer than 1 night here if you're desperate need just a bed and are skint.

Bien situé, proche du centre ville... la chambre qu'on m'a donné était propre, rien à dire là dessus... seul bémol, l'immeuble et les cages d'escalier qui ne sont pas très entretenues, mais une fois passée la porte de l'auberge, rien à dire.

I can`t rate the hotel, because we even didn`t get in! There is only a bell which probably doesn`t work and telephone number that nobody answers! For this price you can find better accommodation in Florence. Don`t send them money for reservation.

Auberge très bien située, parfaite lorsque l'on se déplace à pied, pasloin de la gare. endroit assez calme. chambre grande et propre. recommande cet endroit.

Non sono stata all'Hotel Aline ma in un miniappartamento che mi hanno messo a disposizione l'ultimo minuto e che ho apprezzato moltissimo invece della camera senza bagno che avevo prenotato.

L'appartamentino era semplice ma comodo, specialmente la posizione a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e molto vicino al centro e ai musei.

L'unico neo è stato il calore: l'appartamentino era sotto il tetto, con un ventilatore poco efficace. Durante l'ondata di caldo, la notte era un forno e non sono riuscita a dormire molto. Suggerirei di investire in un condizionatore, anche piccolo.

A parte questo, mi sono trovata molto bene, specialmente per la vicinanza al centro e a quello che mi interessava di vedere di Firenze.

Marj, la ragazza che mi ha dato le chiavi dell'appartamentino, è molto simpatica e gentile.

El albergue esta bien, pero no tiene aire acondicionado, y las habitaciones que estan en la calle son super ruidosas.

I've never got inside! I've called them for more than one hour because when I arrived there I didn't find anybody... they didn't answer me and they didn't come... I went there the day after and they arrived almost 2h late, a girl who was waiting to do the check out, lost the train waiting for them. I decided to not stay there because of it, they left me on the street the 1st night, they don't answer to the phone,and their neighbours told me that this kind of stuff happens very often! they have neither given me back the deposit!!!

DON'T GO THERE!!! you can find other places for the same price or a little bit more.. don't risk to sleep on the street!

The room was simple and basic, but we had a nice view of the roofs around and the Tuscan hills from our little balcony.

The best choice for those on tight budget, and for those who just need a place to sleep at while staying in Florence.

The place is very nice, very incredibly cheap. Staff is very kind and helpful. Could come Aline hotel any time!!!

Está muy cerca de la estación. Mucha limpieza, puedes hacer el check-in después de las 7 de la tarde, es muy simpática la dueña, pero no habla inglés ni español, pero lo entiende... lo recomiendo sinceramente.
