L localización muy bien, pero tenía una reserva y cuando fui tuve problemas porque no les aparecía, me dejaron dormir esa noche y solucionarlo por la mañana pero con la persona que había por la mañana no sabia nada y tuve que explicárselo todo de nuevo.... los empleados son gente mayor y no se enteran mucho...

Efficient staff, main host made feel welcome. More than one washroom per gender and a sink in the kitchen would help a lot. Common areas feel spacious and pleasant. A small wardrobe is assigned and a towel is provided. Good experience over all.

駅、マルシェ、サンロレンゾに近く足場は最高です。観光に大変便利な立地。
街中なのに、中庭に面していて静か。
レトロでのんびりした感じで、くつろげる感じ。
ピカピカ新しい感じが好きな人には向かないかも。
早めの予約だと、とても経済的でありがたかったです。女性専用ドミトリー利用しました。
ベッドの寝心地良し。部屋も清潔でした。ロッカーあり。シャワーも水量充分でお湯が使えて嬉しかったです。

Вполне удачный вариант для разовых ночевок: центр, рядом с капеллой Медичи, чисто, спокойно. Скромная кухня с микровелле, машиной для кофе и посудой.На рецепшен говорят по итальянски и английски. Но можно объясниться...Рекомендую!

I only stayed for two nights in this hostel, good value for money, the windows have nets so you can leave then open at night and not get (many) mosquitos. Only bad point was the bathroom seemes clean when I arrived, but it didn't seem like they cleaned it at all afterwards.

Founded in my pillow three little coacroaches and got biten by some little bed insects bastards, got both of my arms covered with red itchy dots and the shower looked like if it wasnt been cleaned in a couple of months. Dont go to this hotel, its NOT worth even a cent!

Le stanze sono sporche, e lo staff non e' adatto (persone vecchie). Ho dovuto dormire in stanza con la signora che lavorava li'.

Per ora il miglior ostello in cui sia stata. Pulito , staff cordiale, ma soprattutto mi è piaciuto il fatto che ogni ospite avesse un suo armadio con chiave.

Posizione ottima, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare sia per quanto riguarda le camere sia per i servizi. I proprietari sono molto cordiali. Sconsigliato per chi ha il sonno leggero perché nessuno si fa problemi a urlare a qualsiasi ora.

El personal no es nada cordial, gritan y pelean entre ellos e incluso con los clientes. El baño muy sucio. Tuve sabanas rotas en mi cama. No lo recomiendo para nada!! El personal entra a la habitacion cuando le da la gana

Las camas son un poco pequeñas, y el personal a veces no está demasiado atento. En la habitación donde estuvimos había un chico italiano fumando porros dentro de la habitación cuando llegamos al hostal y estaba todo lleno de humo. Posición inmejorable. Acaban de reformar los baños del hostal y están mejor de lo que se esperaba.

It is really only a bed, do not expect anything more. 1 bathroom for all guests and a bit noisy mainly since it is in the center.

The bathroom is also wet and the bed in room is not total clean. There is some strange smell left from the previous traveler.....
At night, the staff is not there, so it's hard to ask some question.

The location is very good, just some minutes walk from the terminal station. The room is clean, but the toilet is a bit below average.

The hostel is located just in the center of the town. However it's only 10 minutes on foot from the railway station. The rooms are large, there is everything you need in the kitchen. The only problem - the water in the shower is not always hot and even not always warm, sometimes it's just cool. It's quite acceptable to stay here for a couple of days.

Es un Hostel muy bn ubicado, muy cerca a la estación del tren, restaurantes, sitios turisticos, lo unico es la actitud del dueño del hotel es mal humorado pero si lo coges de buenas pulgas te asesora y te puede guiar.
Como recomendación para los dueños, no mezclar los problemas personales con su negocio pues gritan y discuten y eso no genera tranquilidad en sus visitantes.
A nivel general muy buen sitio.

è il tipico ostello, se si considera come tale un luogo comodo dove dormire, abbastanza pulito e vicino al centro di Firenze e alla stazione!!non ha particolari confort, ma un ostello per definizione è un luogo semplice dove soggiornare!ci si trova comunque bene, lo staff e gentile e tipicamente fiorentino!!!sicuramente tornerò!!

L'auberge est très bien située même si elle est toute petite. Il y a une terrasse très pratique pour y passer la soirée et aussi une cuisine. Les propriétaires représentent me stéréotype typique italien, pour quelques jours c'est bien mais 1 semaine ça aurait été lassant.

MOlto soddisfatto, i gestori sono due persone squisite quanto pittoresche, ma sempre disponibili; la posizione è centralissima, a due passi dalla stazione S Maria Novella, ambiente tranquillo, pulizia...un 6+, soddisfatto insomma!

Il proprietario è scorbutico e cafone. Avevo pagato x una stanza con bagno ma voleva mettermi in una senza bagno, ho dovuto discutere. Lenzuola macchiate. Mancanza di armadietti di sicurezza etc...

STAY HERE. I absolutely loved this hostel and the old Italian couple that owns and runs it are just BEAUTIFUL. They're so nice and staying there makes you feel like you're at home. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious with plenty of locker storage. The bathroom is fairly good and has good water pressure and working hot water. The only thing was that the shower curtain was too short so a lot of water ended up on the floor, but this is a minor criticism. There is also free wifi and the hostel is in a PERFECT location! Close to everything but isn't noisy at night! And it's really cheap to stay there! I highly recommend this place! And I'd stay there again!

Perfect if you are planning a lot of sightseeing. Right in the city center, a supermarket next door. I would definetely recommend it.

Staff were friendly spoke italian mostly/only.
Shower was initially very blocked and flooded but was fixed the next night. Great central location. Watch out for mosquitoes! Supermarket just below hostel very convenient.
