Es war eine gute Unterkunft mit einem lieben Herrn, der sie geleitet hat. Alles war soweit sauber und in Ordnung. Etwas merkwürdig war, dass wir eine Dusche im Zimmer hatten.

Parkplatz gibt es leider keinen...öffentliche Parkplätze 2 € / Stunde oder 12 Stunden 15€

Minus: several powerfailures, the hob did not work, had to pay unannounced high city tax, unfriendly / not helpful and rude staff, room refrigerator did not work. For the price paid for this accomodation, you’d expect better facilities. AVOID! Warning. Try to find another place in Florence!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da la possibilità di avere una stanza privata a prezzo ostello. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e ci ha accolto proprio bene. È leggermente fuori dal centro, quindi non adatto a chi ha poca voglia di camminare. Consigliato!

Ottimo, vicinissimo al centro città, pulito, ordinato, accogliente. Manca solo la TV in camera. Per il resto va benissimo.

El dueño es muy poco serio. No estaba a nuestra llegada, no nos dió ninguna información de donde y cuando podíamos encontrarlo. A mitad de nuestra estancia, recibimos su llamada avisando de que él se tenia que ir, y teniamos que ir a pagarle, ya que no estaría mas en el hostal en dos dias que nos quedaban. Tuvimos que cancelar nuestros planes en la ciudad para ir a pagarle. No nos quedo muy buen recuerdo de la ciudad y no lo recomendaria.

NO RESERVEIS. Cuando estabamos ya de camino a Firenze, 4h antes de llegar al hostal, el dueño nos dijo que habia tenido un problema con las reservas y que no teniamos habitacion. FATAL. NO VENGAIS

Bed and breakfas adı altında hizmet veriyolar ama kahvaltı vermiyolar dikkat edin!odalar çok saçma, odanın ortasında banyo var hatta duşa kabin var.tuvalet sadece 1 tane ve ortak.konum merkeze uzak.adam her yaptığı şeye de free free diyerek göz boyamaya çalışıyor, salak yerine koyuyor bizi.tekrardan floransaya gitsem kesinlikle kalmıyacağım tek yer!!

Not quite 5 minutes walk from the station, more like 20 minutes. Awesome check-in staff, super helpful. Great location, room was clean, bed comfortable. Very happy. No breakfast though even though it states bed & breakfast but would recommend regardless!

proprietari gentili e ottima colazione al mattino. Un solo problema legato all'odore pesante di umido nel vano scala. Bisognerebbe cambiare la porta che va alle cantine altrimenti è proprio fastidioso.

Excelent place. It's runned by a friendly family, all ready to help in what you need, specially Cristina who is really nice. There's is free wifi and a memorable breakfast served on your room! =) Just keep in mind is on a second floor and there is no elevator. It is not on the area where all the attractions are, but you can go walking within 20' and it is about 10' far from the train station. No doubt I would stay here again!
