Emerald Palace

We booked and they give us the wrong adres, so when we arrive in via poliziano there was nobody. We have to find anonther place to sleep. Later we get a reaction bij e-mail and they send us the right adres, so the next day we find emerald palace.

I couldnàt find it. They had moved. 6 euro booking fee down the tube.

처음 피렌체 산타마리아노벨라역에서 내려 찾아갈때는 다소 멀다는 느낌도 있었지만, 그 다음부터는 괜찮다고 생각을 했습니다. 그리고 직원 분들께서 너무 친절하시고 시설도 나쁘지 않았다고 생각합니다. 열쇠가 달린 캐비냇을 쓸 수 있었던 점이 특히 좋았습니다.

Bene bravi bis. Sono stato cinque giorni nella stanza condivisa con 4 persone. Ostello carino vicino al centro (una "casa del mondo" condivisa). Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia restare a Firenze senza badare a fronzoli. Prezzi modici

la prestation ne corresponder pas a notre reservation ,en effet nous devions avoir une chanbre double mais nous avons ete loge avec d autre personne et dans autre etablissement de plus le responsable a insiste qu on paye d avance les 3 nuits .et enfin lorsqu on a souhtaiter annuler la derniere nuit et cela 24 h avant on a refuser le renboursement
