Relais Florence

スタッフはとても親切で、ホテルに着くと近くの観光地やとてもおいしいレストランを教えてくれました。地図に番号で分かりやすく書いてくれました。部屋はかわいくて、天井も高いきれいなところでした。タオル、TV、ドライヤー、ハンドソープ、リンスインシャンプーがありました。

場所は駅の近くで分かりやすいですが、ドーモなどは部屋が１階なので見えませんでした。ドーモなどとは反対側のほうです。

フィレンツェに行った際はまたここに泊まります。安いし前に泊まったホテルと比べてもかなり良かったです。

La ubicación es excelente porque queda muy cercano a la estación del tren y de los buses. La atención también fue muy buena, la ducha era un poco incómoda, se emposaba el agua y la cortina estaba sucia. El resto de la habitación estaba muy bien, amplia y limpia. Te ofrecen servicio de internet wireless por 24 horas a 5 euros. Volvería a hospedarme allí.

Piero è simpatico il posto è nel centro di Firenze cosa si vuole di più ....il prezzo è molto economico

It's a very nice cosy home-alike hotel, very very close to the station, which was great, because we had very heavy luggage, area is normal near-the-station area, some nice clubs and restaurants are there, non-turistic and very nice. it was quiet a pleasent stay

Posizione buona; stazione di santa maria novella a due passi e centro raggiungibile con una piccola camminata.

Grate location, grate and helpful staff.I can recommend it to everybody, who are looking for a place to stay in Florence!

It is in a good location, really close to the train station. The room was Ok, it was private and with bathroom. The only thing is that the air conditioner did not work and it was so hot in the room.!It is Ok for backpackers and for one night.

They charge more than anounced at the site, taxes, extras for air conditioning ... And you dont stay exactly where the map points...

It is a good place for a small group who want to visit Florence.

En cuanto la Diversion es muy tranquilo y es lo que buscabamos... asique ideal para parejas...

itz really close to the train station but u gotta walk pretty long way to the centre.the place is reallly clean specially the bathroom.but during the night we had trouble sleeping because the road is a bit noisy and u can hear almost everythg!all in all, itz pretty worthed if u want quick access to the station

El hostal está al lado de la estación de trenes y muy cerca a pie del duomo.El dueño fue muy simpático, nos dio algunos consejos sobre la visita de la ciudad,incluso nos dijo algunos sitios para comer. La habitación era muy amplia, tenía microondas y nevera. Lo único que no sabíamos(y creo que no venía en las condiciones)es que el aire acondicionado no estaba incluido en el precio, habia q pagar 5€ si querías usarlo,pero a nosotros,en agosto,no nos hizo falta,no hacía nada de calor en la habitación.En definitiva,buena relación calidad-precio.

Ottimo albergo/ostello, proprietario gentile e simpaticissimo, a due passi da Santa Maria Novella. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di aria condizionata.

Very good location and the staff is very good. But the price is too high they add the tax 10% after the room price, so that means we have to pay un extre fee 2,5 euro. THis is the first time I pay extra fee. they are very good at play this game.

And as we have late, they have already take the money from my credit card.

El hostel aseado, personal con buen trato. Solo nos molesto que al haber hecho la reserva por internet, no se haya aclarado que nos cobrarian un impuesto que no estaba pactado, que nos dijeron correspondìa a la comuna de Florencia. Ademàs no aceptaban tarjetas de crèdito. Eso debe ser aclarado antes de hacer la reserva!!!

The hostel was very nice and cheap. The shower was a little difficult to use. They gave us nice beds with sheets, pillows, and comforters. They provided towels. The area wasn't very nice but it is close to everything. I felt safe though because there were 4 doors between our room and outside. I would recommend this hostel to friends. The sign is tiny though. Make sure you know the address.

It is a realy nice place!! pierro is perfect, nice person. The room are cleaned every day, the microave and the freze inside the room are very helpful. the only problem is the noise, there is a bus station near the window that disturb so much in the morning. We enjoy aor stay, and we recomend!!

hablamos del mary´s hostal porque nos trasladaron... todo muy de nuestro agrado... le falta TV.

It 's a very good place to stay if you choose Firenze for your vacation.Pierro is a very helpful and pleasant guy and so is his wife.The rooms are in good condition,very clean,with lots of space and the location is also good.Indisputable it 's a good choice,don 't even think about it!!
