The wonderful villa in the middle of an olive-grove and a large garden is situated a few meters from the beach Fontania, Serapo, Ariana (10min walk), reachable also on foot, and 5 minutes drive away from the other beaches of Gaeta: Arenauta (300 gradini) and Sant’Agostino.

From the balcony, the porch or from the window in your room you have a beautiful panoramic view of the beach, the regional park Monte Orlando and of the sanctuary Montagna Spaccata, which arouse a sensation of freedom and peace, with no constrictions, in the middle of the magnificent nature.

Our position which is a few minutes drive away from the pulsating town and from the picturesque historic centre, permits you to enjoy the sea , the town, the park with the convenience of the private car park, relaxing in the quiet of our garden, going for a walk or for a ride using our bicycles.
