Opis

The farmhouse consists of 5 independent houses all re-built respecting the traditional architectural style of the country house. The houses raise in a green area of 5000 mq among old oak and chestnut trees with a wonderful panorama to Montefiascone and the countryside. Montefiascone is well-known for the local wine Est!Est!!Est!!! and is one of the seven villages located all around Bolsena Lake, the main volcanic lake in Italy and one of the cleanest in Europe. The strategic location allows to reach easily the village and the main cities of central Italy (Orvieto, Siena, Rome, Viterbo).
The main house is the heart of the farm whereat the ground floor you will find at your disposal:

* the hall and reception to get the main information and helps
* a large dining room with equipped kitchen to provide the organisation of cooking class, special dinners or wine tasting or for any kind of meeting
* a pleasant reading room with fireplace and TV room for enjoying a quite and relaxing country atmosphere.

OUTDOOR at our guests's disposal are the following facilities:

* swimiming pool (7x14mt)
* barbecue area with tables
* a green area on the hill including a small wood with relax area
