RESERVATIONS:

In order to ensure our presence at the guest house at the time of your arrival, you must communicate, via email or phone, the estimated time of arrival and/or lack thereof.

Documents: will be presented to each guest upon arrival, a valid ID, to allow the registration according to law.

In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by at least one parent or be equipped with appropriate authorization signed.

No pets are allowed inside the structure.


CANCELLATION:

This property charges all nights if canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show the hostel charges all nights on customer's credit card.

From Termini:
by bus: take line 714 or 717 for 6 stops and get off at Largo Amba Aradam and walk for 100 meters.
With the subway line A: get off at San Giovanni station. Walk for 700 meters on Via dell'Amba Aradam.

From Fiumicino Airport: Take the train to Termini. Take the subway for 3 stops and get off at San Giovanni station. Walk for 700 meters on Via dell'Amba Aradam.

From Ciampino Airport: Take the bus to Anagnina. From there take the Metro Line A to San Giovanni station and walk for 700 meters on Via dell'Amba Aradam.

In our prices is not included the city tax: 2€ per person per day.
