The residence has been entirely renovated in 2009, the rooms are elegant and exclusive. It is situated at III and IV floor of a building whose historical signals date back to the XII century, being the residence of the noble family Zinnato, which originated the current name of the building.

The Hotel has 10 elegant and comfortable rooms, located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a building of the fourteenth century, and offer air conditioning, TV-Sat, private bathroom, safe, WI-FI access and minibar, and in some cases, they offer a beautiful view over the cathedral and the old town. In addition, guests can enjoy their breakfast on the panoramic terrace, surrounded by the romantic atmosphere of a medieval town of Tropea.
