スタッフの方が常にいないため、どのようにして泊まればよいのか分かりませんでした。言葉が分からないので、電話して聞くこともできず、不安でした。しかし、メールでの対応は、とても親切だったので助かりました。
言葉が話せない人は、スタッフの方が常駐していないのは少し不安かもしれないです。

We had a great stay in Al pozzo. It's clean, but limited breakfast. The staff was good and helpful. It's a bit far to walk to San Marco, but it's near waterbus station if u take waterbus. Overall, it's valued for money. Would recommend to others.

Uno de los mejores hostales en el que he estado sin ninguna duda. La atención excelente por parte del personal, así como las habitaciones muy bien decoradas recordando la época gloriosa de Venecia y muy comfortables. Aquellos que elijan este hostal, o mejor dicho hotel, no se sentirán para nada defraudados. Además hay posibilidad de dejar las maletas el día que se deja el hostal, para recorrer la ciudad con facilidad. La próxima visita que haga a esta bonita ciudad, ya tengo claro, cual será mi alojamiento.

Si voy otra vez a Venecia... me quedo allí. Muy acojedor, bonito y céntrico.

Me and my friends spend some time in Al Pozzo and it was great. Location in Venice is perfect, everywhere is near. Breakfasts were good and staff fine.

L'apparetement que nous avons eu était bien. Toutefois, nous avions réservé 2 chambres en B&B...et on nous a donné un appartement...

Mycket bra centralt boende med en trevlig ägarinna som gav oss många värdefulla tips på utflyktsmål, sevärdheter och genuina restauranger med nya smakupplevelser! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!/Anne Hargeson

I had booked a room for 3 at Al Pozzo in the Campo di San Polo, but when we got there they told us there was a plumbing problem and instead took us to a beautiful apartment right over the Rialto Bridge near to the Church of San Lio! We had an apartment to ourselves, complete with a minikitchen and full bathroom, tv, air conditioning, towels, and more than enough space, plus they didn't charge us more. Hugo was extremely nice and accommodating, and it was a great start to Venice!

We loved our stay at this bed and breakfast the hosts were lovely and added their own personal touch, the room decorated in traditional itallian style, the location very central and the price reasonable not too costly - we will definately stay agaian.

It is probably the greatest place I stayed in Europe, compared with price and among 7 other places in Italy. Clean, nice furniture and service. Congratulations! I'll come again!
