Wadi Rum Beduland Camp

Wadi Rum Beduland Camp had humble beginnings ever since I began working with tourists as a small boy. I started from scratch making small trips with camels and later assisting on tours. I would also help out my father who cooks local cuisine for large tour groups.

The Wadi offers 20 rooms:

4 single tents
6 double tents
4 triple tents
6 quad tents

All rooms are furnished with beds, pillows, linens and warm blankets for cooler nights.

Showers, toilets and sinks are located on the shared bathroom block.

Wadi Rum Beduland Camp is happy to welcome families and accommodate guests of all ages.



Services and activities
In addition to our individual tents there is a large communal tent where meals are served and the company of fellow travelers and our staff and guides can be enjoyed. On cooler evenings, a campfire can be enjoyed.

Breakfast is included in the price of all overnight stays and is served in the communal tent prior to check-out time.

Dinner is available for 10jd/ person. The meal is prepared fresh on-site in the traditional style by our local Bedouin chef.

Surroundings
Our camp is located about 16km into the Wadi Rum Protected Area desert past the village. As the road to the camp is on open desert terrain, the camp is only accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicle.

The camp is nestled beside a mountain and offers fabulous panoramic views from all directions. Each individual tent has a view of the mountainous desert vistas that have made Wadi Rum famous.
