1. We have an excellent location in downtown Cancun, really close to the main avenues and services you'll need but remember the beach is in the Hotel Zone so you'll need to take a cab or a bus to get there

2. In order to offer you a safe hostel, all the guests wear a wristband that identifies you as one.

3. We'll be expecting you on your arrival date. If there's any situation not letting you arrive on time, please be so kind to inform us via e-mail. Otherwise the spaces you've booked for will be available for other reservations.
