Cheap and cheerful. Owners and all staff are extremely friendly, even when English isn't great, they will soon get out their phone and use translate! Was asked every day if I needed my towels changing, I asked for a fan on the first day which was quickly provided. This hotel is what it is, don't expect the universe and you won't be disappointed. It's location is superb, close to everything and only a few minutes walk to Bolhao metro with links to everywhere. I would gladly book again.

Very nice and friendly Service. But even in a cheap hostel windows should be lockable and toilet seats supposed to be stable. The hostel is close to the city, but the street is very loud.

Reservamos duas noites em semanas diferentes um quarto especifico. Nas duas vezes recebemos um Quarto diferente (menos bom) que nos tinhamos reservado e nos foi prometido na Hora da reserva. Nós nao vamos voltar mais.

Reservamos en residencial lunar y nos llevaron a otra residencial... no tenían enchufes ni cocina ni calefacción. La pieza era húmeda y fría. No parecía muy seguro: estaba siempre abierto, pocas veces había recepcionista y las puertas de las habitaciones no funcionaban bien.

Sitio barato con gente legal. La habitacion individual estaba pared con pared en el recibidor. Se podían oir las conversaciones. No recomendable si tienes el sueño lijero.

Relativamente a estadia na Residencial Lunar não tenho nada a dizer pelo simples facto de que não termos permanecido nesta residencial como queríamos e pensávamos. Realizamos a reserva para esta residencial contudo, ao chegarmos ao local, transmitiram-nos que não permaneceríamos ali a noite mas sim na residencial Henrique ao lado, o que achamos completamente absurdo visto que se quiséssemos teríamos reservado uma noite na outra residencial.

L'hôtel est bien situé à 5min des cais et du centre historique. La réceptionniste était très gentille et à notre disposition.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable.El personal muy amable en todo momento. Esta a 10 minutos de una estación de metro con la que puedes llegar a todas partes y también relativamente cerca del centro. Lo único que recomiendo es que limpien las parades de los mosquitos que hay aplastados y que cambien las bombillas de la habitación 24 ybque a veces se funden. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo para viajeros low cost

Nice place to stay

The location is good, the room was spacious, it was fairly clean BUT we found a used condom in the bathroom waste bin which the cleaner had obviously declined to remove, and the shower/bath area suffered from a lot of mould. The room was quite cold with no heating (may be better in summer) and only one of about three or four light bulbs actually worked. The electrics were clearly old and in need of updating, but during the day the room was bright enough because of the large windows. Also, you had better brush up on your Portuguese because its the only language spoken by all the staff we encountered, no English, French or Spanish which was unusual as most people involved in the tourist industry that we met, had good/excellent French or English. Overall, for the price its ok, if you are not too fussy and despite its drawbacks I would stay there again!
