2.2 apartments VIP, located on the 1st floor, with surfaces of 62.72 sqm and 69.4 sqm
3.6 apartments Superior, located on the 2nd floor, duplex type, on 2 levels with attic and surface between 58.77 sqm and 70.22 sqm.
Because of its special location, Residence Hirscher offers the possibility to visit most of the tourist and historical attractions.Historical attractions: County History Museum – Casa Sfatului, the Museum of the First Romanian School, White Tower, The Weavers' Bastion, the Graft Bastion, the Black Church, the String Street, the Honterus Library, the Ecaterina’s Gate (Poarta Ecaterinei), Dupa Ziduri (Behind the Walls), Poarta Schei (Schei Gate), Brasov Fortress as well as numerous churches, etc.
