BY MRT

Alight at Farrer Park MRT Station(NE8) on the Northeast Line, Taking the Exit G, walk out to Kitchener Road. Walk towards Jalan Besar along Kitchener road, at the junction, turn left to Jalan Besar to us at unit 257

The outlet is also served by the Little India MRT Station (NE7) and Farrer Park MRT Station (NE8) on the Northeast Line, which are just a stop away from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT (part of Orchard Road) Interchange.



BY TAXI

If you are taking a taxi, it will cost approximately SGD 18.00. ( Please pay according to meter ). Other Charges like midnight, toll or airport charges excluded. Estimated traveling time is 20 mins depending on traffic conditions

Taking the ECP, taking the Exit 15 to merge onto Rocher Road. Turn right into Victoria street, continue on Kallang Road. Turn left onto Lavender ST then turn left again onto Jalan Besar. We will be on your right .


BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Show.

The hostel will not honored the following bookings:

 Booking with deposit that are late for 3 hours or more unless fully paid up.

 For reservation without time indication, we will take it as their check in time is at 1400hrs.

There will be NO deposit refund on the above.

Cancellation & Deposit Refund Policy

• Deposits are strictly non refundable for external online booking platforms.

• More than 72hrs notice (3 Days, excluding check-in date) - Full Refund.

• 72hrs or less - No refund of deposits + 1 day full rack rates is chargeable on the guest credit card.

For Big Group Bookings:

• More than 7 working days notice : 10% administrative charge of the total invoiced price.

• Less than 7 working days notice: full deposit is forfeited.

Non Acceptance of Children and local.

• We do not accept children of less than 12years old in our dormitory unless it is booked exclusively for your guests only.

• We do not accept local residence.

• Fernloft reserves the right to reject your reservation or bookings, without any refund, if you pose as a threat or nuisance to our hostel / staff.
