The Stay Inn Vienna's apartment(s) is convenient for up to 4 people and is located in the 7th district in the Lindengasse which is just 1 minute from the main shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse.

The Apartment has one bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, wardrobe, computer desk, TV and fully equipped kitchen, lobby, and bathroom (shower & toilet).

Further Available Services for a small charge:
- Daily (general) cleaning service is not included but it is available upon request for EUR,- 10 per day.
- Parking is EUR, - 30 per day at the nearby garage (just in your door step)
- Pre-booked Airport Transfer (EUR, - 28 per trip)
- Pre-booked Railway Station Transfer (EUR,- 15 per trip)
- Pre-booked City Transfers to Budapest, Prague etc. (Please feel free to ask detailed rates)
- No curfew, No lock-out, No cleaning fees!
- There is no reception therefore please don't forget to let us know your arrival...time.

Please note that, our apartment(s) is private with the maximum respect of your privacy. There is no reception so the apartment(s) available for pre-booked guests only.

Check In: after 14:00
Check Out: before 11:00

-Cancellations are free of charge till 168 hours (7 days) prior to arrival. This is defined as being before 12:00pm on the day before you are due to stay. For all cancellations made after 168 hours (7 days), or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

For New Years period (DEC29-JAN03): If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled or modified up to 5 days (120h) before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. This is defined as being before 12:00pm on the day before you are due to stay. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We do reserve the right to charge your card in the following instances:
- For any damage done to your apartment during your stay that is discovered after you have left the apartment.
- For the price of the apartment in the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy (please see above).

- Payment upon arrival by cash only
- Breakfast not included
- Taxes included
- During your stay daily cleaning service is not included. Daily cleaning is available upon request for EUR,- 10 per day. No end cleaning fee!
