A modern beautiful house on the sea line was built in 2008 and has been hosting guests since that time. All apartments have private owners from around the world.

This is not a hotel, and the landlord does not provide daily cleaning, there is no minibar. It is a spacious apartment in two levels, in a modern beautiful house on the line of the sea. There are modern elevators (the apartments are located on the last fifth and sixth floors). Filled with wraparound modern furniture and a TV with programs in English, Russian and many other languages of Europe and Asia. There is kitchenen with the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking.

Very nice, quiet place on the tip of a small peninsula, 100 meters from the sea and with a panoramic view of the ancient town of Nessebar. Amenities at the house include a restaurant, beauty salon, bar, large pool which is clean and well-kept.The house has a reception, in two minutes a clean sandy beach.

The area is beautiful with clean air from the pine forest and sea. It's quite secluded here, and there is not much construction going on, because this corner of nature is surrounded on one side by beautiful sand dunes, where any new construction is forbidden. On the other hand is a quiet and spacious park of the National Sports Academy, where a wonderful place for walking and good tennis courts.
