About us
Primaluna Beach Hostel was established in 2015.
Chiara and Aaron are a couple of Italians who leave their country to chase the dream to build an hostel in South America. They fall in love with Palomino and his beautiful landscape made of mountains, river, beach and sea.
The hostel was inaugurated on 19th December 2015. Since the beginning the hostel become popular because of its delicious pizza made in a beautiful wood oven.
Chiara, Aaron and their staff try to create a relaxing and amazing.

Accommodation
In Primaluna there are ten rooms, seven private and three dorms.
Every room is ensuite.
There are five double room and two four persons room with a double bed and a bunk bed. In the double room is possible to ask for an additional bed.
The private room has private bathroom, mosquito net, fun, terrace and pool view. The hostel provide towels in the private room.
There are two 6 persons dorm and one 8 persons dorm.
Every bed has mosquito net and is possibile to rent a locker with an electric

Services and activities
In Primaluna Beach Hostel there is a restaurant open every day from 7.30 am until 10.30 pm.
The pizzeria and the bar are opened every day from 11 am until 11 pm.
The included breakfast is served from 7.30 until 10.30.
In Primaluna restaurant there is a professional pool table and satellite TV.
There is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden, a shared well equipped shared kitchen, wifi and parking.
The laundry service is available for 6.000/kg.

Surroundings
Primaluna Beach Hostel is located in Palomino, Guajira, 80 km far away Santa Marta on the Caribbean Coast.
The property is situated on the main road from Palomino village to the sea, 200 m far from the wild Palomino beach.

Here in Primaluna Beach Hostel the customer can feel the energy and the passion that Chiara and Aaron put in every singul detail of their little creature.
It's a fusion of Italian and Colombian culture, you can do a lot of activities or just chill out in the swimming pool or in a hammack listening cumbia colombiana and eating a delicious pasta carbonara or a lasaña made with a tradional Italian receipe.

Alte costuri: We charge 10.000 $ for the deposit of the key to whom stay in a dorm and need a locker (our lockers have electricity plug inside). The locker is free, we give back the money at the check out. We rent towels for 3.000 $ to whom stay in a dorm. We ask 10.000 $ at the moment of towel delivery and give back 7.000 $ when towel is returned. All foreign cards have 5% extracharge..
