Apartments are run by a lovely lady - you need to call her to check in. A bit oldschool but charming place. Equipped with air-condition! Clean. View from the terrace is not breathtaking, but the place is 30 m from the seaside and cafes. Low prices! Easy to reach from Split by train/car or from the airport by bus/car/feet. I fully recommend.

Seul hic, pas de parking mais places disponibles très aisément,à proximité. La dame qui s'occupe des appartements est très gentille et très serviable. Si je revenais dans le coin, j'y retournerais sans hésitation! De plus c'est super bien placé, à 2 pas de la mer.

We stayed at Matas for a week, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for nice, clean self-sufficient living. Everything you'd need or want is close by. Mirjana is a very helpful and sweet landlady, she went out of her way to satisfy our needs, for which we are super grateful. Definitely worth the money ten times over!

In einem kleinen Ort ca. 40 Km entfernt von Split direkt am Meer gelegen. Ideal zum ausspannen. Sehr nette Wirtin.

Split空港に早朝に到着。朝の9時にも関わらず快くcheckinさせてくれた。部屋は若干古い感じだが、バスルーム、トイレともに清潔。キッチン有。徒歩1分でcafé、beach,スーパー、レストラン有。洗濯も無料でしてくれた。親切なオーナー夫婦だった。とてもオススメ！

Un buen lugar para hospedarse, las habitaciones muy bien equipadas, el servicio muy bueno. El sitio es muy centrico con bares y restaurantes cerca, y la playa a un paso, pero a las afueras de Split.

Ideal per si el dia següent has d'agafar un vol a l'aeroport d'Split (està a 10min en cotxe). Per dormir una nit està bé, però per fer-hi estada és justet.

Just 50 metres from the beach and a 15-minute drive to Split. Very clean and cosy studio. Extremely nice and helpful landlady.

Rooms were clean with air con. Ask for balcony. Near shops, beach and attractions. Free wifi in bar opposite. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom in each floor okay. Friendly, caring staff.
Near bus stop, easy to get to Split and Trogir.

Excellent accomodation located at the very center of Kastel Stari.
The rooms look nice and clean, each room has a balcony and AC.
Beach, supermarket, ATM and some bars and restaurants are located within less than 5 min from the apartments.
The owner is very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay there.
