About us
Marilin and Joel welcome you to their waterfront Colonial style home, with 4 rooms on the second floor with separate entrance. Hotel-style rooms, all with ensuite washrooms and shared kitchen. Some have balconies and split-system A/C units. Top floor terrace has a view of Baracoa bay, the coast line, the ocean only 3 blocks away, and the old town. Accommodation
All four rooms have private bathrooms and one double bed. An extra single bed can be added to three of the rooms for an extra charge. Two rooms have private balconies overlooking the bay, quiet split system A/C units, and rocking chairs. All linens, towels are provided.

Services and activities
The rooms are all on the second floor and have a private entrance. They share a kitchenette with refrigerator. The third floor terrace is open to all guests. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available.

Surroundings
The house is in old Baracoa, on the watefront of Bahia Baracoa. One block away is the end of the Baracoa peninsula, La Punta historic restaurant, and Viazul bus depot. Three blocks east is the sea and Malecon. The city centre is a 5 minute walk. The central park, cultural centres, shopping, live entertainment, discos, and bars are all around the centre.
There is a black sand beach around the bay, 5 minutes from the house. Playa Baracoa is a 15 minute walk away.

Why should you stay with us
The view from the terrace is unsurpassed, looking over the bay,east coastline, ocean, and town. The sun sets across the bay, behind El Yunque mountain, giving unique sunsets on a nightly basis. The ocean breeze cools off the rooms, usually enough that the air conditioning is rarely necessary.
