Overnight stays can be cancelled until 2 days before arrival at.12.00 o´clock with a full refund, minus dkkr. 175,- dkr. in administration fee per room. If a room is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, no refund is given.

The hostel accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB.

The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
